Although your typical friendly chic fil a staff was present this location needs to be cited for the hazard they run daily. The parking lot is extremely small and made 10x worse by the failure of this locations franchise owner from limiting it to 1 drive thru. There is no way emergency crews could ever get into the facility without trouble due to them jamming as many people around the building to run the drive thru and illegitimate 2nd drive thru. Absolute madness just to get lunch.
This review is solely for the parking and drive thru situation. It's absolutely bananas. Do not go here if you are in any type of rush or get anxious at all — got my food in less than a minute but was trapped in the lot for almost 10. If you're anxious, 0/10 do not recommend.
The customer service us A-1. The was a not to hot in temperature that is. Our food was right to our table, as we sat the sandwiches & fries & mac & cheese was warm, not hot. I rather slower services & hot food.
Used to be a nice place to sit down and get a good chicken sandwich, no it's a gamble whether or not your chicken will be leaking water because they didn't cook it all the way. That's right the last time I bit into one of Chick-fil-A's delicious chicken sandwiches I had a mouthful of liquid that I needed to swallow, Wich in turn dampened my bread, and cause me too throw the meal out of my moving vehicle into the woods, so that some of that water could hydrate the forest.
The indoor park being open again was a life saver for this parent. Being able to let my daughter go play while I get some emails answered and then we can get lunch on the way home has been a life saver. We're out here a couple times a week now and the mobile order right to the table makes it even easier.
Had the breakfast bowl and coffee this morning. The food was ok, and the coffee was very good. The best thing about any Chick FIL A I go to is the cleanliness of the facility.and great attitude by the staff. This morning was no exception.
There are so many employees working but they still seem understaffed, especially when 90% of the employees are working the drive thru. They may need to rethink how they divide up their employees. I saw a worker inside trying to ring up guests and help children who were complaining about each other. These conditions are not fair to the 2 people focusing inside the store when there is a crowd inside also.
Back to enjoying Chick-fil-A again thankfully ! The food was fresh and delicious. I had too many bad experiences with the Avenues location I stopped going to Chick-fil-A . I decided to give the town center location a chance after the re open ! Once again thank you for a great experience customer service too !
Worst Chick fila I have ever ever been to. This place need to be on American Greed! Omg it would make a good show. It’s highway robbery eating here. You are also treated terrible.
