My order is never right. Once received a a coke zero that was nothing but carbonated water, ordered grilled nuggets and got fried and once ordered grilled chicken club and got a regular fried chicken sandwich. All of these times I was charged for what I ordered but the workers either can't read the tickets or just throw anything in a bag
Easily one of the better Chick-fil-A spots that I have been to. An oversight was made with my order but one of the managers quickly corrected it in a very professional manner. Kudos to you young lady. I ordered my meal inside the restaurant. After finishing my meal, a young man who worked there approached me. It was raining like cats and dogs outside so imagine my surprise when he informed me that he would walk me to my car, umbrella in hand. That's what I call going above and beyond. But I guess that's how Chick-fil-A does it.
Could be they were in the middle of shift change, but they seemed be more interested in hanging out with each other than attending to guests. Order was wrong and took several corrections to get it right. Food didn’t seem very fresh. I also noticed Drive thru employees and customer coming in for order corrections. This location definitely didn’t seem to live up to the Chick-fil-A standard.
Don't go. I've never been to a chikfila before that was dissatisfying. Until this one. I will say the staff was as polite and friendly as any other chikfila, but beyond that it was a bad experience. Half the restaurant was converted to storage - including the playground. The floor was slick and slimy. And even the sandwiches we got had much smaller than standard chicken. Hopefully it was just a bad week for them.
Great experience as always. Got an egg white grill sandwich and the chicken was super dry. Still giving a five because it was on me that i didn't say something. Got a breakfast bowl too. Made to perfection. Customer service was spot on! CFA always sets the bar there. I'm thinking other businesses need to come here, grab a chicken sandwich, sit back and take notes. I've even started saying "my pleasure".
In general, this is a good Chik fila but today at 5:00pm the nuggets (fried) tasted room temperature and the fries was warm but soggy. Could have been sitting out for while. If you plan on getting this 8 ct meal around 5pm, double check with the staff to make sure it will be hot and fresh.
Chick-fil-A is a great place for food. They got salads, real chicken nuggets and strips, WAFFLE FRIES, and lots of other great stuff like their fruit cups. I'd recommend if you don't want McDonald's or Wendy's fake chicken nuggets. And i can't even imagine the staff having to work outside, they put in some real effort on hot days. So grateful this exists ❤
I really love this location because their customer service is exceptional. Elijah really wanted to help make up for my previous order. I appreciate each staff member that stand out in the elements to take/give us food.
Only the drive through service is currently available at this location. They have a very efficient system in place. Food service is always timely, accurate, and good quality. No complaints. Recommend!
I was disappointed I got there right before the lunch rush made it through the line quick and fast my waffle fries were lukewarm at best and my spicy chicken deluxes with extra pepper jack couldn't even melt the cheese they were so cold.It's almost like they were over cooking product to get ready for The Rush too early for it to be served hot and fresh
