My boyfriend and I just got lunch to-go from this location and we unfortunately left with cold soggy fries, wilted lettuce on our sandwiches and cold nuggets. Very disappointed that they neglect good quality food going out just to be able to provide quick fast service. Only gave them two stars because they were so sweet to our dog and employees are always kind.
Ordered 10 piece mini chicken at 9:45am, bread was dry, nuggets were dry & chewy.Bill was over $11 after tax. Store wasn't busy, placed order inside. Definitely not worth the $$ and not up to quality of Chick-fil-A based on prior experience.
Ordered 2 cob salads. Only received 1 pkg of bacon bits. Didn’t receive any of my dressings. Nor did I receive my 2 milk shakes. DoorDash delivered so they may not have picked up the shakes so that is their fault or did they never give them to door dash but the salad stuff was chic fa la fault for not putting them in the sealed bag
Chic-fil-A has a great reputation for customer service and high quality food. But this location is possibly worst I have ever been too. My husband and I go to Chic-fil-A often. We have been to this location many times because it is close to home. But we always comment that it is sub par. They do hire young people which I think is great. But every time we go here there is at least half a dozen young employees hanging out in the dining room. Talking all loud. This trip, our sandwiches had no pickles, the lemonade had no ice, the fries were cold and soggy. I complained to the manager. James on the way out. I do believe James might be the problem. I would recommend another location if you have time. This one is just not well managed.
Usually has a long line and moderate turnover. This location is not like the others.Food roughly the same quality this time. But I’ve been here during a rush and quality definitely drops.I’d like to see them maybe pay more to keep staff volume up and wait times down, but, I don’t know their business either.
A+ Great food, iced tea is terrific sweet or unsweetened. The line in the drive through looks deceiving, but it moves very fast! No complaints here
The food was fine but they had the music up so loud I couldn't hear the people I was with and on top of that the speaker was blown and just making distorted noise every time it got a hard base note. Said something to the manager when we walked in he said can't do anything about it the owner wants it that loud. I won't be back to the store until that speaker is fixed or they turn it down.
The superb service starts with the the young people taking your order. Somehow those same kids that grew up in the hood or ghetto because saints and excellent servers when they work at Chick-fil-A, lol. The services excellent the food is second to none and they don't waste your time
This location is not what it use to be. When you think of Chick-fil-A you think friendly faces and fast service. Well not at this location. Team members who can't be bothered to move into the sun to take orders, who take their sweet time finally getting the orders and the line in unreal. If you need a quick meal skip this location
Breakfast is great. The chick biscuit is a favorite in our house. Everyone enjoys the Chicken sandwich for lunch. The long line move really fast which shows that this restaurant has their game going on to move this many cars in just a few minutes so dont let the line fool you
