My boys were super happy to get their dinner last night. I have one son that likes no sauce and the other, quite the opposite. He was so thrilled that we could buy a to go container to mix his sauces and eat on the way home while it was pouring rain. Thank you Chik-fil-a team for being so quick and efficient.
The drive through has never taken that long before! Usually ita in and out, service with a smile. Not alot of people in line however it took forever for the food to come out. In fact, all i got was a bag of cookies to take homw to my kids. 20 minutes from start to finish with my windows down.
I never complaint about chick fil a but this location keep disappointed me. Store or pick up, even delivery.. Wait 1hour after order food early to be delivered at 1pm almost 1:30 call location to be informed they running behind, manager was very rude not even apologize, i ask for s drink free she said that was not possible, right away offer to refund money but i was at work and hungry dint get food until 2pm complaint in the app not respond after 4 days.. services is getting very awful..
Disappointed with the quality of service. Order taker didn't greet us, ask for a name nor did he read my order back. Girl at the cash cart was slouching over with her hands on her chin looking disengaged and bored. Also, I belive deluxe sandwiches are supposed to be boxed to prevent soggyness. Now it's been twice they've been bagged. I hope Chick-Fil-A gets back to what makes then special/unique. This location can definitely improve.
This use to be my home town chick fil a?What happened? I moved out of town, and was back to visit.I try to find parking spot to go in, and I am trapped in a drive through line?I back up and park. I go inside, and several employees camped out all over store. It was no longer the family friendly happy place it use to be?It is a drive through focused bung hole.I was the only customer in store, and took forever to get an 8 piece nugget meal? The Covid thing is over!!Don’t make your dining room hard to get to!
First off WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to... half the time the order is not right, or I am waiting 10 mins after it said it was ready for pick up. The parking lot is literally a disaster and makes the whole thing not even worth it. When you order a large fry they never fill up the container so you end up paying for a large and getting a medium or even small. AVOID this Chick-fil-A if you can!!
While food was great and Ms Vicky at register was sweet. What I can only assume was the manager was so extremely rude. As I awaited for my food (inside) she walked through the dining room asking if anyone drove a black Buick and everyone reply no. When my name was called and I walked out to my car she was standing by there and I told her that she stayed in a black Buick if she would’ve said a Cadillac I would have quickly stated it was my vehicle and when I moved it immediately. Her response to me in a very disrespectful manner was I don’t care what I said you can’t park here and scoffed at me and quickly walked away. I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards me when she got her information incorrect and you want people to visit your establishment yet you block off all this parking for people who actually would like to sit now versus go through the drive-through. This location blocks off 90% of the dining in parking, I parked in a far corner off skirt. There was no way that it could’ve been a 3rd Dr., Lane, because there Chick-fil-A employee vehicle was parked right in the lane perpendicular to the parking spaces. Why would I think I should’ve parked perpendicular as well?! So much for that super friendly Chick-fil-A experience that I’m so used to. Get your facts right before you start catching an attitude with people manager person. (Incident occurred at 2 PM on a Friday)
I normally frequent the River city marketplace location, but due to being closer to this store, I decided to come to this location. This is my second visit now where I order the same thing, minis meal with a large sweet tea, that I have received hard bread on my minis. I will absolutely inconvenience myself from now to where I know the good consistency is, and it’s not at this location.
We dropped in for a quick bite. The server was quite helpful & the food delicious as always. It's a bit pricey if you're on a budget. The place is clean & well kept.If you're in a hurry, try the drive through. They're pretty good at getting your food & you'll be on your way!
Don’t be tricked into ordering ahead on the app. It will not be ready nor will it be ready anytime soon after you get there. The people in drive thru will have their food before you. This location tries to lure you in with freebies on the app but I’d rather pay full price anywhere else and be in and out in a reasonable time
