Gage seemed like he had no clue what he was doing and what was going on when working carryout orders . Told me my shake should be coming soon and I waited 10 more minutes until I told a different worker I was still missing a shake. Thankfully she made it for me quickly and Gage then proceeded to tell other guest that their shakes should be on the way since I got mine ??♀️.
they always short you on the fries, they usually mess up my order, and this time i wore shorts through the drive thru and the girl who took my order looked at me with disgust after she looked into my car… you could visibly see the disgust. i also asked her to make the sandwiches the same with one being a large meal… i get a medium meal with one of the sandwiches completely wrong. i have to have it a certain way because of allergies so now i have a sandwich i can’t even eat… nice. so to the girl in the first lane today at 12:30, thank you for wasting my money
Okay. We love chick-fil-a and always have a great experience here.. but not at this one.. the dinning room was not clean, and when I asked someone if we could get the table wiped down she gave me a towels to do it myself. Also when I asked the young lady who was bring food to the tables a question she just looked at me and then walked off. This location really needs some re-training. Just not up to the standards I am use to at a Chick-fil-a.
Normally very good and fast. Usually I rave about it. But today was not the best. I took a friend who had a negative experience about the franchise to prove a point. Unfortunately, the normal expeditors were standing at the front talking together and laughing for over 15 minutes. Only 1 worker was hustling in the right lane, but our lane had nobody. By the time they went back to work we were at the pay station. Super disappointed. :( food was still very good!!
My family enjoys Chick-fil-A. When my children were younger, they loved kids' night. We have spent many hot Florida days playing in the kid area. I love the healthy selections, and your coffee is great! Your staff always provides excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!
Went here when the place opened and my chickenBiscuit tastes like it was made yesterday. I’ll take my money to Hardee’s or something because chic fil a is no longer the standard of quality. Biscuit extremely dry and chicken had dark spots on it.
Worst location I have ever been to. I tried to order the spicy chicken deluxe but they said I could only order it fried. I have always ordered my sandwich grilled. I sent an email to corporate and the store owner replied with very poor grammar stating they have never offered spicy grilled options at this location when I have ordered it multiple times. Went to a different location and they happily made my spicy GRILLED chicken deluxe, no questions asked.
The food is pretty good. A few things I don't like is they don't answer the phone and some of the workers don't wear a mask. The ones that don't wear a mask like tonstand to close to your car.
I waited over 45 minutes for my order of 3 orders of chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich. When I asked about my order 30 minutes into my wait, they had “dropped the order off the screen” and it took another 15 minutes to get my food. I would never recommend this place. The workers were all walking in circles and appeared confused as to what they were supposed to be doing. Worst service ever
This Chick-fil-a is BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! They are SO SLOW for it being a FAST FOOD chain. Why is it that the other day I came and ordered breakfast inside and it took an hour to get food, then today I come through the drive through to get food and I have been waiting here for 25 mins no order taken yet, just inching forward to the person taking the orders.Get it together or get out of the business!
