Great Family and Conservative atmosphere.
My daughter was having a rough day and stopped by Chick-fil-A for a pick me up after work. She ordered on the app and asked for extra cherries in her milkshake bc she was feeling sad. They definitely obliged with the extra cherries and also left a sweet encouraging message that made her smile! Thanks Chick-fil-A! You’re the best!
The food is good and fresh, but I've only been there two times and both times I got home and they didn't put the kids meal in our bag. So our son had to wait while we went back. They did give us something both times...but I don't see how they do this. The kids meal was on the ticket. Maybe I'll change the rating later if they can get their orders straight.
Treating me differently? I represented the Military ID and the cashier refused to give discount, told me that I have to be in uniform? I checked the website just now, the only requirement is presenting the Valid ID. I wonder if it was because I’m Asian that’s why she refused. ?I wasn’t mad I know it happens all the time. I just simply thought servings my country would have made a difference.
Today's experience had nothing to do with the food. Food is always bomb but the drivethru has got to dealt with. There needs to be more organizations because it is too small of a space for such a large amount of customers. There needs to be better coordination because the old white guy that was guiding traffic did not know what he was doing. He just sent everyone in a circle regardless of their needs. Please do something to level frustration. This needs to be better!!
Seriously the FASTEST drive thru experience I have ever had. No matter what side of town I am on, if I want Chick Fil A I drive to this location. Hands down the best customer service and the quickest drive thru. The fastest they have had me in and out of there was 5 minutes total. That is with mobile ordering and the busy 8 o'clock hour in the morning.
Let me just tell you they are very efficient at moving their line. I don’t personally love fast food but whenever I eat here they are always pleasant and have speedy service.

This is and will be mostly a perception review as it was my first time to Chick A Fil A, ever.Clearly, with no doubt this is a restaurant that is focused on innovation and how innovation leads to customer service.It's not about fast food either, it's all about quality.Believe this is the first restaurant I've seen with progressive app based drive thrus with even rewards points added in.Unlike some of their peers there is also a recognition of people.Staff and managers actually greet the customer. Imagine that. ?My order was very basic as is the menu but I can now see why this restaurant is so popular.
