We stopped at this location after we had spent 5 hours at Adventure Landing water park. We were exhausted, sunburnt, and starving. Service was amazing, and the employee that was at the window was super friendly and we talked about spring hopping, she gave me some good ideas for the next time we got out to have fun. Food was great and hot and the tea was sweet and cold. Perfect ending to our day out!
Chick fil a is an outstanding company, but this location in particular is probably the very best of the bunch!The staff is ALWAYS friendly, respectful and very efficient. I saw a line of at least 15 cars get "processed" in like 5 minutes! That's less time it took McDonald's to process an order when I'm the ONLY one in the drive through! ? I'm serious!These guys and gals are awesome!
Jay and Sara run a fantastic establishment, by far the best one I’ve ever been to. I’m not an easy customer to deal with sometimes either. Just wanted to say thank you for putting up with me lol. You guys are awesome!
Disappointed in the service especially for Chick-fil-A. Went throw drive through and asked for Ketchup and left had to turn around no Ketchup and napkins. There a bunch of kids around that place
Milkshakes are fantastic. The sandwich is really good too but not as good once it's cooled off a bit so I prefer to eat em as I get em. Overall good place and not bad priced
A great place to go get real chicken prices are a bit high and I would like it if they open their lobby for dine-ins
When I say this is the worst service of any chick- fil-a I have ever been too I mean it. The new lady outside in the mornings has awful customer service skills, is rude every time we come. This time I got chick-n-minis a few of them weren’t nuggets but a small fried batter piece. I don't like to post bad reviews because I work in the food industry but wow. I have never been to a chick-fil-a so unappealing.
Drive thru is a machine..efficient. Staff always friendly. Great food. Great app ordering.
Sheesh. Well to start, my boyfriend started bantering with the person confirming the orders because we were visiting the area, and didn’t understand the drive thru set up. Instead of your typical banter the guy who was older got a whole attitude with my boyfriend, and was rude as ever. And then instead of finishing taking care of the car behind us, he went in to complain about us. When we pulled up and I asked for the manager just to put my seriously simple complaint in (no I didn’t expect anything to be done), what I didn’t expect was the managers attitude to be even worse than his. Definitely regret even stopping at this location because the customer service chick fil a strives for, and bases their reputation on, was FAR from what we received at this location. Rude all around, commentary about customers happening directly infront of them. Definitely needs a whole staff and management revision.
You can tell by the double line how good their food is...once you place your order, the time to pick up was 4 short minutes
