I am a little upset with the service in the drive thru. The fact that people seven cars behind me are getting there food before me showes me that there is a disconnect somewhere in the process of handing out food. And it seem like it always this one with the issues. There is another chick fil a down the street that I'd just as busy and it's smooth sailing. So all I ask is do better
I absolutely love Chick-fil-a but the one on Southside Blvd in Jax has finally over thought their drive thru. They took a good thing and made it worse. It is no longer the quickest drive thru around.
Always on time Always nice. Above and beyond, even when you know that they are slammed. The staff will still have a smile for you. I good there every day. So,I'll have a picture for you later.
I love the deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese. The spicy deluxe is very spicy if you like hot its for you. My hubby gets waffle fries. I love the side kale salad. it's has a sweet vinger taste just enough to be a small side instead of waffle fries and the lemon made is fresh.
Fast service in the drive through (earns 2 stars) but very disappointed with the food. Only A handful of fries and the chicken was undercooked. If It wasn’t so busy and I wasn’t in a rush to get to the school I would have returned it all. I spend on average $70 here having 6 kids and will not return to this location.
I think I was serviced my one of the owners today. She was so kind with my simple request and went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t drop anything. There was also another gentleman assisting a customer with a large order who didn’t know exactly what sauces he needed . He made it simple by simply offering him a “variety”. Simple gestures like this are so appreciated in times like this. Officially my favorite in Jax ?
Got stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes after receiving my order. This restaurant is using traffic cones to create 2 parallel lanes all the way through the pickup window. My food order was delivered quickly, but despite being in the outside lane I could not get out. A couple cars in front of me took an amazing amount of time to receive their orders (or get them correct), and where most other drive throughs would ask big orders/problem orders to pull up or to the side, this place just let them sit and block everyone in. Our orders were delivered quickly by employees walking the orders down the wait line, but then myself and many others were stuck for 30 minutes while our food got cold. I called the CFA Cares number twice and still nobody has got back to me. That was 11 days ago. Such a terrible experience for what I thought was a great chain.
Excuse me? That's how this review starts, and it is so ridiculous.....Let me start by saying this, if anyone knows anything about Chik-Fil-A, I am a Signature member with 11,512 points. In other words, I eat there a lot! In my opinion, Chik-Fil-A has always been the Publix of fast food. A great place with decent food, and they always say "Have a Blessed Day" and "It's My Pleasure".......now here is where it goes bad, and I am going to make a long story short.....I ordered my food, everything went fine there.....,part of my order was 2 biscuits. I get to the window and got my food....checked my order, and let them know they forgot the jelly.....THE FREAKIN JELLY!!! at which time the little brat that was working the window tells me..."You're not getting 8 jellies, you can only have 4"......Excuse me? We had a few choice words, and like I said, I will keep a long story short, needless to say, I got my 8 jellies, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!
The service and food was great as always. I was concerned as 3 adolescents were wrestling on the floor for 15 minutes while no employee did anything
Experiences at chick-fil-a is usually nothing short of great. Food was hot, staff were fast and smiling.. I would recommend checking the employees are coughing at the POS considering the pandemic.
