Sat waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes. Gave my name 4 times. Had to ask for a manager, too 4 minutes for her to walk around the building. Offered no apology. I had to ask what happened. She acted like we forgot to give our name to tablet person I advised that we did to Jo****. She said she will go ask him what happened. I asked why didn't the two associates passing out food, that asked the name three times, didn't check on it. No reply. Will not be going back to that location EVER!

I just moved in the neighborhood and every experience has been horrible.I had the worst experience last night. Abbey the manger was so unprofessional.First I had a big order …on one meal they said I had to order something else due to them not having the wrap as I ordered. Then forgot my meal . I waited 20 minutes and abbey came back asking to get my bag back to look at everything in it as if I was lying. I was denied a refund for the replaced meal, denied the store manger information and told I was banned and could not come there anymore because I requested a refund. Abbey stated that I didn’t “ask “ for a refund and I was my choice to get something else .She also said “ it’s a small difference and tried to shove .50 at me and said ..you want .50 back ..( which was definitely the wrong refund amount) .Abbey was rude the entire time starting confrontation and setting a bad example to her other employees all due to the fact that I wanted a refund. I’m a black woman and the whole entire experience was poorly handled .. I do not have to steal especially for missing fries and chicken tenders ( they still forgot the fries ) . The staff were already resolving the issue and I was patiently waiting for my food and refund with no issues until Abbey stepped in without even realizing what was going on and that the issue was being resolved . She assumed that we were lying and being confrontational I’m not sure if it was due to our race or due to the fact that we appear younger than our actual age so she assumed we were young women , whatever the reason .. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I began going to this one . Too many young kids work there with no respect.

Place is rapidly going downhill. I've been eating here for a long time but in the last 6 months or so the service has declined. Today my tea had no ice and there was enough salt in the fries to kill a fish. Really?The fries have also changed. They are no longer super fresh and you can tell they have been sitting under a heat lamp. Also the fries have a lot more end pieces with skin on them. Kind of gross, soggy old fries with skin.On a bright note the chicken sandwiches are about the same and are good. This location has had outstanding food quality for ages so it is a disappointment to see this happen.

I don't know who they have working there now but someone needs to fired. This is the 2nd time in a row that my order has been wrong. I mean COMPLETELY wrong, like they bagged someone else's order in my bag but had my receipt on the bag. Come on Chick-fil-A, do better

We got our food from the drive through so I can't say anything about the restaurant itself but the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious.

I usually order at this location at least twice a week. My son loves it here. Lately the customer e not been as good as it it usually is. My order was wrong and to correct it seemed like a bother. When I asked about rewards the young lady advised me she didn’t know much about it. All I wanted to do was redeem them. It’s a lot of young people working here now and the service is slipping away slowly.

Customer service at this Chick-fil-A has disappointed me every time I’ve been. When I think of cfa, I think of customer service that is different than most fast food restaurants. Warm greetings, kind staff, reliability, and communication. The workers do not seem to be happy to help. While the food is good, I don’t enjoy going to this Chick-fil-A because of the customer service.

Placed a mobile order for pick up, parked in a designated spot and sat there for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement and no food. No one ever came to my car to even apologize about the wait. Several cars got their order that came after me. I finally walked to the drive thru pick up and the employees basically said they don’t have my order. The order was prepaid and I showed them my receipt. They had to reorder my food and honestly they weren’t really friendly about it. Finally after more than an hour of waiting I got my order and went home, only to discover that my order was wrong. I will never go to this Chick-fil-A again. This experience was completely unacceptable.

Love how diversed they are. Kids of all shapes, colors and cultures. Order is always correct & food is fresh. Only complaint is there is never the condiments I requested in my bag.

This restaurant closes at 9 not 10 like the website (and all of their signs) say, and if you show up close to 9, they will definitely tell you . I have never been told to get out of a restaurant so politely. This used to be an awesome place to go. It is definitely the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The trash is always overflowing and the people working do not care. Their ice cream machine is broken more than McDonalds, and frankly, that's the level of customer service you can expect as well. I am not sure what happened to chick-fil-a customer service and "my pleasure", but don't go looking for it at this location.
