Never thought i'd complain about this; Went there and got my Spicy southwest salad and Iced tea. I sat down at 11:59 earpods in my ears on the phone with my wife, and by 12:13 I had been asked 6 times, literally 6 times if I needed anything by the two Older ladies working the floor. This is the second visit where they did this.Eric, please instruct them to just ask once and that's it. If we need anything we can get their attention. I know they mean well, but do the math, Every 2 minutes the other woman would come by, and even though I'm talking in the phone, she'd stand there until I acknowledged her and had to say "I'm still okay, Thank you."Am I wrong or what?
We come often as this is our local chic fil a. Have never met the fella who took our order this morning but his name was Chase and he wore a cowboy hat and said “howdy” and it made my morning. 10/10 deserves a darn tootin raise
The food 99% of the time is great and the service is always awesome! They're always smiling even when you can tell they're tired and they're super fast and efficient with orders! Will definitely be back again soon!

Playground is open! My toddlers love going. Ordering via app from the table made it super easy to take 2 toddlers by myself.
This location used to be great but I guess just like everything else with the pandemic the quality of service and food has declined and they are just banking on the fact that they are IT on this side of town.Today for lunch my fries were cold and the guy accidentally dropped the milkshake I had ordered on me and INSIDE my car and while I could tell he felt very embarrassed and apologized, the manager just gave me this "oh well" look and did nothing to try to help.I calmly drove away straight to have my car detailed and cleaned, maybe I should send them the bill...Also, Chic Fil A is known for their polite and friendly staff but lately some of their members have been quite rude, more McDonald's like.
As everyone knows the staff at most all Chick-fil-A restaurants are beyond polite and accommodating.. and as usual, the food is delicious, hot, fresh, and prompt.. great place for some great food that is reasonably priced.
As always chick-fil-a is the best chicken burger ? super liable team, fast, accurate and super nice, don’t be afraid of long car queue they can serve super fast considering how busy they are, it’s always like that and worth to return on and on again and again.
THE BEST STAFF AND SERVICE. This is our local chick-fil-a that we frequent all the time. We love the staff and incredible service. ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND A “my pleasure”! Highly recommend this one. Great location, good parking, drive thru line goes very quickly. All the best.
So we went to this location for the first time tonight. The guy asked if we'd like to buy an ornament and we said sure. Got down the road...no ornament in our bag. Checked our recipe and we paid for it. Check your bag before you leave....annoyed that I paid for something I didn't get. I don't think I'll visit this location again. I've never had an issue at the Fleming Island location.
