One of the best carryout experiences I've ever had the manager was super professional and polite. The carryout specialist and hostess were also super polite and prompt. The food was amazing and correct!
My family a party of eight celebrated my son’s graduation from high school by coming to Carabbas in Baymeadows. Food was good and portions were large. Our waitress, Aubrey, was fantastic. She not only entertained us but served us our food in a timely manner and was always there if we needed something. Would definitely recommend going back.
Great fast service. We had a great time, will be back. Waiter was very helpful and friendly. I had the eggplant parmesean which was great. Broccoli left something to be desired, lacked seasoning.
Shelby is a great bartender and server. I wish all of your staff was more like her. Your food us always top notch. We love your food.
Last time I when there for lunch, I ordered the shrimp pasta. And the shrimp was deep fried instead of grilled. Lack of respect for Italian cuisine, deep -frying shrimp is a lazy way to cook. I was expecting better food from Carrabas. Service was great!!!

Took my staff from work to eat lunch. Food was great. Reason it only got 4 stars is because our server just seemed grumpy. Didn't see her smile once and she came off like she was burdened by us. But her lack of personality didn't effect the food :)
I ordered meal for 2 through DoorDash. One item was missing. I called Carrabba's (Point Meadows) and was connected to the owner/manager. He apologized and offered several options to make it right. I decided to drive over (we live close by) and pick up a replacement item. He met me at my car, with fresh replacements for both items plus something extra. More than I expected, and very much appreciated. It's nice to see a business that values its customers and goes the extra mile to make things right. Big thanks.
My husband and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary last night. Food and service was excellent. Our server TJ was awesome. This young man has a bright future. We love getting to know our servers so that we can encourage them.
Always have good severe and food. Ray was great. He was very attentive and made sure to get everything we needed. He recommended the Short Rib Marsala and it was very good. The mashed potatoes are one of the best anywhere. The sausage lentil soup was very flavorful.
