Great food, great flavor, great atmosphere & tunes. It was a great experience. We ordered a pound of Snow Crab and split that along with a side a Cajun rice with sausage. Personally I would have seared the sausage, but that’s my taste. The Snow Crab were perfectly & delightfully seasoned along with the potatoes & corn on the cob. We chose the Special Seasoning at Medium heat level. We love that we could choose the spice & level of heat. It was extremely messy but delicious and finger lickn’ good. We had the coconut shrimp for an appetizer which were good, just wish the shrimp were larger. All in all it was great. Recommended.

I'm a very picky person when it comes to any restuarant seeing I'm paying to be pleased when I leave. Cajun Crab has got such a great atmosphere, amazing staff (the owner/manager and Kayla are phenomenal when it comes to customer service and creating a amazing dining experience) Amazing seafood and pretty decent prices considering. This is amongst my favorite local restaurants in Santa Rosa County now! Did I mention on Father's Day I called at 1025pm to see if they were still open. They told me they closed at 1030 so I was like "ok, maybe another time," and they insisted on my wife and I coming in and dining anyways.So we did and got it to go to be considerate of their staff even though they were still insisting it wasn't a problem. incredible!!!
I liked it. It was clean and not so busy. The decor was nice. We got the seafood platter for 2 and it was soooo much food. The butter sauce is good but it is missing something like more garlic and onion, maybe a hint of citrus. I'm confident they will figure it out and succeeded like the rest of the crabspots in Jax. Do try them out.
My family and I dined here Monday (Memorial Day) it was quite delicious, the atmosphere was inviting and fun, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the restrooms were well kept! Huge plus!The only reason I opted for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the amount of food was not as much as you would expect for the price we paid. We ordered 2 meals that were meant for 1 we split them between us and our children thinking they'd be ample like the pots at Joe's crabshack. The weekend special left something to be desired in portion.Luckily I had tacked on a side of potatoes (very reasonably priced $2.5) to our other meal and it worked out. Our bill was still right at 101 and change before tip.We did not order an appetizer or alcohol. That was 4 sodas 2 meals a side of fries and a side of potatoes.Other than that one thing it was an absolutely delicious and enjoyable experience. We will definitely go back when we have the added $ to throw at a dinner out.
My friend and I had lunch and I am sorry to sat we weren't impressed by the food. Our server was on point and delightful though and it is a beautifully decorated and clean environment.In all honesty the food tasted as though it all came from a box, not fresh. They did not have unsweetened tea and extremely limited on the salad dressings.I truly hope they up their game and make it!
First off… Paul was the best server I’ve ever had! Absolutely funny and made my time enjoyable. He made the peanut butter cheesecake that’s was really good! The purple haired chick was pretty dope I will be back!
Placed an order for carry out. It was very delicious. It even came with warm wet wipes and a bib for the boil. Will absolutely be eating in the restaurant next time.
The atmosphere from the time our party walked in was impeccable! We were greeted, seated timely, and our food came out fresh hot and taste outstanding! There was a little mishap with the size of the blue crabs but the owner fixed the issue without us saying a word (he reads his guest well). I also appreciate the owner serving whether it was bringing out food, sitting guests, bringing drinks. It truly shows that they work together as a team! The establishment was also very clean, nice comfy chairs, and our waiter was very pleasant. Please don’t ever steer away from your quality of service or food like most crab places as you have gained a customer for life.Overall great place and vibes and I will be back!
