What a wonderful surprise! We were at Town Center shopping and stumbled upon BurgerFi. The burger selection is extensive and best of all they make home made onion rings. Big, crunchy, real onion! The burgers were exceptional. I highly recommend BurgerFi.
I decided to give this place another try, HORRIBLE idea. Messed up my order, had them remake it and didn’t have time to check it again because I was on my lunch break and of course they did the same thing again. By the time I got the second burger my onion rings were cold and my shake was melted. I’d have been better off flushing $25 down the toilet. Garbage food.EDIT- called and spoke to the manager and it seemed like I was bothering him telling him about my food. Seriously what a waste of money this was. I threw my receipt away so of course I can’t get my money back. Over $20 literally thrown in the trash can. Do yourself a favor, go to m shack.
Dined into BurgerFi for first time. Nice atmosphere. Loved there lights and tv app adds.I like how they had plastic wear near the drink and ketchup stations. Made it easier to grab a knife and fork for my husband. though it looked like they could use a mop near the multi-drink station with the ice on floor and sauce from a recent rush. But that didnt stop us.The menu looked nice and easy to read for us. They do serve some beers. Their menu has wagu beef burgers and hotdogs, chicken sandwhiches, kids meals, beyond and veggie quinoa burger. Didn't see salads on menu. Do have fresh cut fries and shakes and icecreams. It's kinda like five guys where you order your drink and fries separately and can add extra toppings to your burgers. I am not sure if they have gluten free items here. Bathrooms I think is one stall.Cashier was friendly and helped us with the fry options. Ordered a veggie burger and was delicious. I like there thicker fresh pickles. Fries were good but next time well get a medium.Husband has double bacon cheeseburger that looked good. He enjoyed it. Was not pink or burnt. I tried a taste of the wagu beef and it taste interestingly than a reg burger to me. Was good. Buns had their brand seared on it, was cool. Want to try there deserts and hotdogs next time.I believe dining experience is better than the delivery.
Less than impressed. The burger was good, not amazing by any means, but good. The staff is hot mess- not friendly, arguing, not working together, took forever to get the fries that I had to pay extra for. They were burnt when they came out. No ice. Overall I could have gotten sonic food and spent half the price.
Not worth the calories or the price. Went for the first time tonight and we were so excited to try it but it's a hard pass. Our fries were burned and so underseasoned (and we even paid extra for "garlic parmesan" fries) they were no good. We ordered garlic aioli and did not receive. (Pick up order so could not just go back and request.) The CEO burger was okay but not much flavor. The cheeseburger came VERY pink which is concerning since it's ground meat not steak. The kids meal was pricey (8.00) and the grilled cheese was utterly inedible. We spent 50.00 for a meal that mostly went in the trash. Very disappointed and we'll never go back.
Okay so normally I like BurgerFi but this time something was wrong. I ordered two spicy wagyu burgers, a cheeseburger and a hotdog. The hotdog was fine, no issues there but the burgers weren't cooked properly. I like a little pink in the burger but this is insane. I asked for refunds and haven't heard anything back. Doordash gave me $9 which is a slap in the face for a $49 order when 3/4 of the food is not edible.
The burgers were delicious and the fry portions were out of this world. Sadly their fries are nothing to write home about, very bland flavored. The burgers are amazing! We will definitely be back for lunch.
The meat on the burger was still pink and the hotdog was overcooked. I am a fan of BurgerFi but not when it is like this.
I've had a terrible experience with this location. They have messed up my lunch order twice. I didn't want to try them again after the first time, but my coworkers convinced me to try again the very next week. They made the same mistake, disregarding my dietary request. Whats more, they did not refund the food for their mistake, and said I come come in person to get a new burger. I had already given them two chances, I was not interested in giving them a third. The refusal to refund was unacceptable.
My and my girlfriend were trying to find a place for a good burger. Have been to five guys and M Shack recently so wanted to see if there were any other good places around. Previously working in food service I try to give a lot of excuses for stuff that isn’t in their control. Line was long but it’s expected for Saturday night. Finally get to order 2 burgers and a family fry with 2 beers. Got our drinks and the cashier asked for my name for the order. Went and sat down for about maybe 10 minutes before I start looking around for my food. We saw someone walking around with a tray that we thought was ours until he returned it to the front counter. Several more minutes go by, nothing. We both think our order is the one but are worried it’s getting cold. I go to the front counter and ask the cashier if it was our order and she shrugs like she doesn’t know. Im thinking okay…how am I supposed to know? Didn’t get a receipt or a table card thing since I didn’t know I was supposed to. I have to wait in line just to go ask about the status of my order for him to ask for my receipt, told him I didn’t get one, and Andre asked for my name so afterwards I went and sat down. At this point it’s probably been 20-30 minutes. Sat around for another maybe 10 more minutes for other tables food to be delivered whom ordered after us. I went up to just get a refund since we had made plans after we ordered to go to an escape room. Since I didn’t have my receipt he wasn’t able to refund me the actual amount tendered difference of $2 but I’m not sure if the beer was on it so if anything we drank the beers for free or close enough? Today tried to call asking for Andre whom I assume is the manager to which the phone seemingly gets answered and put on mute since it stopped ringing? Then hung up on… call back just to get sent to voicemail. I don’t try to blast people but it pretty much ruined my night with time wasted $2 taken and still hungry. Hoping someone reaches back.
