I like burgers! So anytime I can go to a "new" burger place, I'm all for it! Now, BurgerFi isn't really new. It was founded in 2011. But it's new to me, and until a month ago I'd never heard of the place. But I was traveling through Jacksonville today on my way to Orlando and it was the perfect day to visit BF.The three in our party all ordered bacon cheeseburgers, but with different specifications. Mine came with two patties, the others got one. And there were differences in grilled onions vs. raw onion vs. no onion, tomato vs. no tomato, etc. But the basic build was the same: quality ground beef, American cheese, and bacon between two buns. But that's the same build that everyone else has for a bacon cheeseburger, so what's the difference? The difference is in quality. The meat is natural Angus beef, the bacon is thick and crispy, and the cheese melts perfectly atop the beef patty. The beef is cooked just right, not dried out like some places. And the produce is fresh and of the highest quality. So, the burger is a basic bacon cheeseburger, but the execution is top notch.Besides burgers, we also ordered a family size fry and a large onion ring to split. We had a hard time deciding which we liked best. The onion rings are big! The onion ring batter is light, reminding me of a beer batter, and the onion slices are thick. The onion is cooked all the way, but not overcooked. If you enjoy tasting onion in your onion rings, then you will probably like these. I did, as did everyone in our group. But the fries were good too, obviously made fresh from real potatoes, and I really like that BurgerFi fries them with the skins on. They were delicious!Besides the food, the environment was very nice, sporting a modern industrial vibe. An outdoor patio is available for seating and half the tables are shaded. We opted to sit outside and appreciated the shade on this very hot day! The employees were friendly, and the front counter person was patient with us as she took our order considering this was our first visit and we were obviously novices.We did not take advantage of the various sauces that BurgerFi offers, nor did we order any frozen custards. However, these options are quite intriguing. Maybe next time.All in all, lunch at BurgerFi was a great experience: friendly, competent staff, pleasant environment, delicious food, and clean restrooms. I plan to visit again when visiting Jacksonville.
Great evening out in downtown Jax. Prom night for our daughter so after photos at memorial park the parents went to Burgerfi. Food was great and the staff is super friendly. We ate the food too fast so no pics of it.
I hope thier food is better than thier customer service! If you want a friendly face don't come to this place. The workers seemed more interested in eachother than the customers. Took a while to get my order done. Was not greed coming in while standing at the counter waiting for them to finish a conversation that had not been about work. They need better people. I will not visit this place again.

Had the conflicted burger, it was amazing. It has the crispy quinoa and a beef patty. Also tried the truffle fries which I ate more of than my burger. Also ordered the Chocolate and Red velvet milkshakes. I was impressed by the fast service. Place was super busy and still got our food at a decent time. Gave us number and delivered to our table. Parking was hard they share a space with grocery store and another restaurant. Friendly staff was also a plus.
Awesome food! The wait wasn't long and the staff was friendly. Outdoor seating was nice and you can see some of downtown. Would definitely eat here again.
Really nice place! Very clean and everybody was very welcoming. I recommend one of the custards (kind of like a really thick shake). It is on the more expensive side, but I think it is well worth it. You can sit inside or outside , order for to go as well!My only issue was that they don't have regular ranch, they have 2 spicy ranches. The Cajun is the less spicy one. But I think offering regular ranch would be nice for people who don't like spiciness.
My first time eating here, my boyfriend and I took my daughter and her boyfriend. Nice location. Great food however, alittle on the pricey side.
This is now my go to place for a great burger. Tried the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, and the chicken strips all were great. If you have a family of four I recommend ordering the family order of fries instead of individual. The family fries will feed a family of 4 or 3 really hungry people.Very clean atmosphere. With outdoor seating available. To go orders are ready usually in 10 minutes. Very quick service.Why spend 50 or more at the clown for a family of four or you could spend 50 or less and have a better meal and experience.
The food was great! Be prepared to wait in line! They are always busy! The line never goes down!
