I don't expect this location to be open much longer. The restaurant was nearly empty, despite it being dinnertime on a Friday night, our waitress was sweet and new and inexperienced (we still tipped her well), our chicken wings were not fully cooked (pink inside, not at all crisp) and we left 95% uneaten, our bar drinks never made it and we ended up ordering and getting them directly from the bartender ourselves. The last three visits have gotten progressively worse. The time before this, the restaurant manager was taking over the job as cook. Used to be a busy and popular location.
BE CAREFUL!!Sauce is good until the chicken is raw! I ordered 30 chicken and half was raw! I bit into one and it felt rubbery and tasted like chicken blood and when I spat it out there was blood in my sauce. I had to carefully eat my chicken instead of eating it with confidence. I picked trough the meat before putting in my mouth. Only 2 star because the sauce was good. If the sauce didn't taste good I'd give 0 if I could. It's my husband and my honeymoon week and figured a quick meal with a movie would be good.
I had a pick up order for a all American burger, onion rings and boneless chicken wings. I was 10 mins early before my pick up time. I was 1.7 miles from home and when I opened the bag the onion rings are cold the wings are cold and dry, the burger was semi cold, the sauce for the onions rings just covered the bottom of the little container they give you. My wife and I love this place for dine in but don't do pick up it was so disappointing.
Went in tonight (Tuesday) place was not even close to being full. Was told it would be a 30 min wait because the kitchen was getting caught up. We went on a Sunday afternoon a while back and it was the same situation. There were only about 4 tables sat. We were told that day it would be an hour wait unless we wanted to a the bar. Just a recommendation, but if you can’t make food at a decent speed or have the staff for it you may want to consider paying your employees more. Surely you don’t think you can make money with having a half empty building and an hour to 30 min wait.
It was good! I was pleasantly surprised by how good my burger was. It was a nice, chill environment. There was a 1-hour wait for our table on a Saturday night at 7:30 and we ended up being seated in like 45 minutes but just walked around the mall while we waited. Would’ve gave 2 stars for my initial experience: no host, take out guy saw us and said nothing, took 10 minutes to be seated. BUT, Hailey definitely made everything so much better with her amazing customer service. And the kitchen pushed the food out quickly and it arrived good n hot ?. Thanks for making it right, Hailey.
Service was horrible. My server came to checked on me once. I waited a while to get served. Food was ok.
I have placed the order for BOGO for 15 Wings. Got home and opened missing Wings from each order, Called back Employee response was I personally made this order and when I asked to for Manager, they hung up the phone.. worse customer service ever.. if you ever want to pick up the food from that location always check before leave this is 3rd time happen to me..
My daughter n law took me to dinner here yesterday and the food was awfully slow to only have "maybe" 15 people in the restaurant. We sat an hour with "just" appetizers. The fried pickles are horrible! Would suggest NEVER to order unless you like breading more than pickles. We were new so we wanted to test the sauces & that was pulling a leg just for 4 of them! Waitress didn't act like she knew much of anything pertaining to food & sauces. She "finally" took our order. (She blamed it on on buy 1 get 1 boneless wings). I ended up with 9 flats & 1/2 of a drum! I asked if this was normal & said they are prebagged. I told her I only usually eat drums & all she said was sorry ? I ate 2. My daughter n law got the parmesan garlic boneless & told waitress hers had some spice & again told her she was sorry. She ate 3 of 20! Worst experience ever. We were told it was the best wing place in the mall but like I said for it NOT to be busy EVERYTHING was awful from food to experience!
I used to love BWW. My family of 5 ate there 2 times a week. But they have just taken a nosedive as far as quality is concerned. Quality of product and most definitely in quality of customer service. God forbid you place a to-go order. I haven’t had one correct to-go order in the last 4 that I’ve ordered at least. Really disappointing. This restaurant is officially going down the tubes. ?
