We were luck to get in. They were only letting in a few people at a time. I think 25 because there was only one waiter. He really done a great job alone with the bartender. I left a huge tip because of the phenomenal we experienced!
6/3/2022; 1220-1330Between Yelp and Google, I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews over the past several months. This is my first time at this particular location.I was immediately disappointed upon arrival. When greeted by the hostess, I asked about getting a seat outside. I was quickly informed that outdoor seating was unavailable because “it is too hot for the wait staff to work outside”. Excuse me? It is 90F outside, and I was more than willing to sit outside. I’ve worked food and bev before. Not working outside if seating was provided, was never an option. I’ve also worked various farm, and hardware jobs that required work outside, despite the heat.I do wind up sitting at a table near the bar. While I was sitting I was constantly pestered by fruit flies, and flies. It may sound silly to complain about; considering I wanted to sit outside. But that is expected outside.Lastly, the bartender who was tending hi-top tables must have been nearing the end of her shift. I only kept to myself, and never asked her to go out of her way to put an order in, or ask for a drink. Instead of being asked if there was anything else I would like, I get a check. It seems to me, she would like to clock out and leave as quickly as possible.All in all, this was my least enjoyable experience at a BWW. And I will never be returning. Having looked at a lot of reviews between both Yelp or Google over the past several months, it looks like there have been more negative reviews than positive, which can only mean that management is not doing an adequate job of maintaining a staff in good working order. How can someone so incompetent still have a job in management?I had planned on staying for quite a while, and continuing to order, but instead I will never come back.I do not recommend anyone ever use this establishment.
HORRIBLE Was there two weeks ago... Really needed to post this. Roaches were in the resturant on the next table while customers were eating. Employee came out and swatted the roach with a tray while it was on the table after the family moved.The entire restaurant stinks! Carpet hasn't been changed in years and the odor proves it! Usually the service is slow and disorderly. Not this time. Waitress was good, but the smells, roaches and unprofessional actions by another waitress were enough to NEVER RETURN!
Was super excited to grab some food with friends. I called to try to make reservations for 9 people because I knew That was kind of a lot of people, but they said they didn’t do reservations. “It was first come first serve” so I let them know that all 9 of us were coming and they said okay. We drive the 15 mins. When we get there they tell us they can’t take us and they can’t handle it. I understand being short staffed, but they could’ve told us before we made the drive. Very disappointed!
Visited on march 14 Dana was the only waitress but she did a fabulous job. There were 5 of us and my mother did not get her food until we were all almost done eating!! Our waitress did inform us that the food might not all come out at the same time and we were ok with that but we expected a couple of minutes apart... my mothers food took way too long. Dana did keep us informed and repeatedly checked on it and was so nice. Food was very good. The overall restaurant was not clean at all.

Very Subpar chicken, the Honey and Sweet Barbecue wings made my girlfriend throw up. The waitress was very nice but the overall service could be a lot better. A lot of people standing around and just talking for the most part.
ROACHES. I don’t do reviews on restaurants but I am so appalled by this experience I had to. For starters the kitchen was so backed up our “30 minute wait” was pushed to an hour and change. Additionally, the waitresses were good this is not a reflection on them, but in the middle of the meal I felt something touch my leg, when I looked down there was a huge roach crawling on foot. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I talked to the manager and he said they’ve been having a “water bug problem” that was the biggest “water bug” roach I’ve seen in my life. I left immediately and I’m never coming back.
You know that a place that has a "nobody wants to work for me" sign in the window is going to be a nightmare, but I wasn't prepared for what I encountered. Despite having 2 people on the floor and 2 behind the bar, all of them clearly not management, they were only allowed to sit people shoulder to shoulder at the bar. Their reason for this was that there was a pandemic.With that understanding of how contamination works, I was understandably worried about anything from the kitchen.So the greeter puts me at the already crowded bar and tosses a menu in front of me in a puddle of beer. The bartenders' solution to this is to wipe off the soaking paper menu and ask for my beverage order. That was the end for me. I pushed away from the over crowded bar and walked through the completely empty dining room and across the street.
It was super busy (expected for a Sunday with football), a little chaotic at the hostess stand but once we got seated - Homer did a great job and Janelle is so sweet! Great employees make a difference!
