The wings were cooked just right. Extra crispy just like I like them.Update:I tried to leave a new review, but I was not able to. The last few times I have been here there has hardly been any sauce on our wings. Tonight 06/29/2022 I ordered the garlic parmesan wings with extra sauce and NO sauce were on my wings. I tried calling back up there but no answer. This place has gone down pretty bad.
I’m sorry, but that was the worst service I have ever had. We ordered small because we wanted to eventually order more and we were written off. The table seated 10 minutes after us had their food within 20 minutes. Both tables next to us was checked up on multiple times and we got one check up and a receipt next to us without a word being spoken at all. It’s not like Erin had the table top before us- it was after we ordered dessert and yes we tipped her as good as her service. My husband never tips below half of our food price, but there’s a first for everything.
Started off bad from the moment we walked in. We get to the hostess booth and there are three girls and one guy ALL ON THEIR PHONES. Fired right then and there is what should happen. We moved to Jax a year ago now and none of these people working in customer service know what is acceptable and presentable service. It's kind of 101 to not be on your phone or even have your phone out. After they were annoyed they had to put their phones away to do their job we were seated. Ordered food and it was very unimpressive. I got the buffalo sauce chicken sandwich (forgot what they call it) and it was nasty. It just tasted like straight buffalo sauce out of the bottle and that's all your could taste. Everything we got was ehh or just not good. Service was alright, it was a busy night though so it's understandable for the service aspect.
We waited 45 minutes to get a seat at 10 pm. There were empty tables. When seated we were seated by the out houses. Walked by empty tables.Service was good but the mgr. And hostess were not helpful in resolving this time delay.We had about an hour to order eat and get out as they close at midnight.We were there the night before at the same time of night and had no troubles with seating. It was not busy.My dollars will talk. I’m not coming back to this bw and won’t be to others for a while if I do.
We had the burgers at Wild Wings... What a nice surprise. They are excellent. The waitress was very nice. Service was a little slow getting started but once they got going it was quick and good. The place needed a good cleaning. Otherwise it was a nice experience. You should try the burgers. Very good. The Nacho's were average but ok. I highly recommend the burgers and get wings for appetizers.
Me and two of my siblings came in on Easter Sunday and our service was amazing. Our server, Tajanee, was super sweet and patient with us being that my brother has autism and it’s hard for him to speak on his own at times. She actually made him laugh which he hadn’t done in a week or two. The wings were delicious, the fries were the best part of my sisters meal! I gave Tajanee a very generous tip as it felt deserved. I will be coming back to visit her!
Worst service I’ve ever had. Ordered online ahead of time got here at the time my food was suppose to be ready. No one was taking care of the take out food counter. Waitresses walking around not doing anything. Still waited over a half an hour and when I asked to speak to a manager the girl went and took care of her tables and never got the manager! Who is running this place?!? Speaking from advice experience, this is the worst run BWW I have ever been to!
Stopped in on boneless Thursday and was quickly greeted at the bar. Food came out fast and Tiffany was very friendly and efficient.
I went to eat lunch here and got their boneless wings. It did not taste good. It had a weird flavor to it and there were no meat and just the crunchy, hard to chew, breading on some of the pieces. The ones that do have meat were oddly chewy and a weird texture. The staff was nice though and that was the only plus side about it. I’ll come back and try some actual wings next time
The food was good. But we got our food before the appetizer. I was short of the wings that I ordered. But my wife got more than she ordered. Hopefully in time it will become better. Because I really enjoy the wings there.
