Went here on my granddaughters 5th birthday because she wanted ice cream, my granddaughter told the clerk what she wanted which was strawberry ice cream w/ strawberry topping. I ordered 2 smalls for both girls 5 and 2 years old, service was okay. But either you weren't paying attention or you thought I was stupid enough to let, you charge me for 2 small adult sized cups when you Cleary see my grands and she told you what she wanted. Really? It was corrected when I pointed it out in which I shouldn't have been overcharged anyway. I tasted the 2 year olds ice cream and it was mediocre at best, it had a slight sour taste to it. I was better off getting Blue bell ice cream which is way better tasting and not OVERPRICED as this. First time here and will NOT be back. ???????
We went for the chocolate oreo, but ended up with peanut butter oreo and vanilla oreo. Both delicious ?
Very disappointed. Haven't been back in a while and today we went back just to end up asking for a refund.I tried to explain to them that they handed me a melted blast thinner than some milkshakes I've had. They excused it with "we're short staffed" and "you can talk to my manager" and "the blast machine makes them really soft" (um, what?) so I asked for a refund instead.I tried to explain that people don't wait in 90-100° weather, in the sun, for 25 minutes to get a bad product and poor service at that - the service (and I mean the making of the ice cream, not waiting to get to the window) was extremely slow which caused the blast to sit and melt while each individual order was made with no urgency at all; she wasn't receptive so I said ok, she slammed the little screen window and proceeded to apologize to another customer for having to deal with an upset customer.Last time.
The ice-cream is absolutely awesome. The service Has always been really nice as well. They also offer military discounts and discount/bogo mailer coupons. Never had a freeze, mixer, or ice-cream there I didn't like. It is a little pricey but the quality is definitely there.
The lines are long, but the service is fast and exceptional. So far, I've tried the peanut butter chocolate milkshake which is amazing IMO. On a separate visit I tried the hot fudge sundae and it was also delicious! Last night we tried the dragon fruit freeze and it did not disappoint!
We had a very delicious banana split at Bruster's. Unfortunately it was so hot we started eating it before taking a picture.
The poportions were great, pricing was good too. Delicious.
The best place around for ice cream. You will have to fight a tone of traffic and you may have to wait a while in line, but it is worth it. I love their hot fudge brownie with ice cream. My kids get a single scoop of vanilla or mint chocolate chip.
Best ice cream in town. Always great flavors to choose from. The staff is so nice. The price is fair for how big the scoops are. A perfect place to sit on a cool spring evening to enjoy some ice cream with the family
Ice cream is awesome! So many flavors to choose from. Staff is courteous and they even let us sample to make sure we would like what we ordered. We will be back!
