I appreciate that they support local jazz scene in Jacksonville. However, everything else was disappointing. Came in on a Friday night. The price was outrageous as if it was a high end establishment, with a cover of $35 per person and $28 for salmon. The salmon was dry, on a bed of white rice with some pickled tomatoes on top and NO VEGETABLES. I had to order veggies separately with extra charge. And the side of collard greens felt like it was microwaved out of a can.My date was vegetarian, and there were no vegetarian options even though the website showed an option (online menus is inaccurate). They ended up putting the side of green beans on a bed of white rice. The carrots tasted like frozen carrots, green beans were covered in butter and salt with no flavor.Service was slow and inattentive. I'm aware there's staff shortage, however, there wasn't even any attempt in service even though she walked by me a few times-not even offering water. The whole place seem very run down compare to the high-end impression the website gives. The color lights were constant on stage, incredibly distracting. When the band is not playing, the background music was loud and would cut out once every minute. There's no dress code. The lady's toilet doesn't flush.Been to better jazz clubs that offers much better food with way lower cover. Would not return.

I was HIGHLY disappointed in the wine service during my Saturday night, birthday visit. If you have on the menu wine for sale by the bottle, then one would expect to be able to buy wine by the bottle.First off, we asked our waiter about the wine and he responded, "Oh, I don't drink alcohol. I don't know about it." Servers should be somewhat knowledgeable. We ordered one selection, he returned saying they didn't have it. We ordered a second selection, another lady came out saying they don't have that. We asked about a 3rd and she finally stated that they didn't really have any bottles for sale. What? Why have it on the menu. We chose a glass of champagne, which was lackluster.I'm glad the band was good because i was disappointed with the drink experience. The charcuterie board was okay... nothing to rave over.

We went to see a show at 7pm the show was great after the show ended at 818 they threw us out literally ask us to leave and if you were buying food that they will bring us a to go container and I only had one drink the whole night never got to see The waiter back at our table too busy and could not handle it When she finally came back we got our tickets it took another 30 minutes and did not bring us a pen to sign there goes your tip I blame management a Saturday night show you have people dressed up paid $40 to come see a Show Barely got are food and drinks to the table By the time it came to the table it was time to go .and you throw us out. poor business Your money is not in the show it was in the drinks and food that people was willing to drink and spend Is on a Saturday night. that What's the worst experience I've had. everyone was very disappointed.

Went to chandra currelley concert and it was the worst. booked for the late show it was supposed to start at 930 but they were very late letting anyone in. then there was some dude totally disregarding the line and had about 22 people cut the line. then general admission was behind the bar and when we asked nor to be seated behind the bar. the hostess stated the seat were assigned but then sat us at a random table. it took 1 hour to get our drinks. there was one bar tender and very few waitresses. the hostess saw the pile of s**t burning as far as customers getting their orders. she decided to FB live the show. I will NEVER GO BACK. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS I WAS WITH SOME GREAT FRIENDS

The atmosphere was great. The service was horrible. It took an hour to get our drink orders taken and it was another 30 minutes to have to reorder and finally get the drinks. I will never return.

Really enjoyable night out for our anniversary. Our server Hannah was super attentive and friendly, band was on point and a pretty decent wine list. My only reason for not giving 5 Stars is the lighting. Its so bright in here that any romantic vibe is killed as soon as you sit down. Throw in a couple of dimmer switches and we are regulars!

The band was great and the food was good! My wife and I went on Valentines Day. Only downside was we had to pay $35 each at the door, but it was worth it. We enjoyed the live band which was a couple who sing great together!

The food tasted great and was hot and fresh. The waiter was so attentive and the food came out very quickly. The drinks were perfect and the music was amazing. Me and my family had a blast. The atmosphere is very suitable for a jazz club. It was very laid back and chill. This is gem in Jacksonville.

Lovely ambiance, good food, and great entertainment. The service was slow because they only had one waitress but like most establishments right they are understaffed. My first drink was watered-down by the time I received it. With that being said I would still attend Again and hopefully the waitress will have help. The overall experience was Great!
