I love this place I go there and they already know what I want every week Kayla is one of the best I have had here she remember what I get every week I don’t have to say anything to her. She will sit there and and talk to her customers like she was there life time friend. She earned her tip every time I am there. Now the bartender Tammy she makes the drinks the best if they don’t have something she knows what is the best for ya. Like if she is you best bartender I have ever had. Brianne she is one of the lady’s that work there she is great always there to help someone out when they are busy. She came to my table last night and said I seen what was in the window to be taken to a table and I already knew where it went with out looking at the ticket. I gave her a few pointers on something and she was like think you I will try that next time. That tell me that she is wanting to learn new things. Now to the guys Brandon he is one of the best guys there amazing and you can tell her likes his job. He waited on me one night and never did my drink get empty. He was always there to see if we needed anything at anytime. The four of them need a raise. They work great as a team always have a smile on there faces and won’t think twice about helping out a co-worker I will keep coming back here. Kayla, Brianne ,Brandon,Tammy y’all four are the best y’all keep this place alive. GREAT JOB y’all.
For the third time. Lousy service. Twice now I paid for a $14.51 tab with a $20 bill. I asked for change so I could leave a tip. It was going to be $3. I got a $5 bill back with .50 cents. Hello change! Not getting a $5 tip unless i spend $22 or more. Tonight my money sat on the table 35 minutes while the server passed by 5 or more times. I had only 3$5 dollar bills. Needed change. I left finally leaving the $15 on the table. Also I ordered a Indy ultimate pepperoni pizza the last 3 times. The last 2 times there was very little pepperoni. What gives??? I WILL NEVER be back!!!
Symphony was our server and she did an amazing job. Dillon, the kitchen manager came out to greet us and to see if everything was ok. Our salads were very fresh. Thanks
Food was disgusting… I order wings as a appetizer and it was raw. The waitress had an attitude rushing us to order. She ended up getting into a argument with one of my guests when they were trying to order. When i finally got my food my pasta was runny and the shrimp was burnt and the chicken was undercooked. Tried this for lunch...,first time customer. Wont be back. Ordered the french dip sandwich, meat was not heated. Was ice cold. Middle of sandwich was not even completely thawed much less cooked. They did comp the sandwich but instead of a slight upcharge for a side of soup I Paid full price since sandwich was taken off... so it wasn't worth the discount.Staff was okay but definitely not impressed with the restaurant. I walked out wishing I had chosen somewhere else in the area.
This place used to be good back in the day. Went in to try to watch the Georgia game and was greeted by the most rude waitress/hostess I’ve encountered in Jacksonville.“We don’t care about no game, we close when we close” …. Her exact quote when I asked her if they would stay open for a few extra minutes to watch the ending of the game if it went over.Luckily we left and had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings instead (not my usual cup of tea but very friendly).
Amber was our bartender and server. She's amazing! She made some great drinks, had a wonderful personality and was very prompt with every level of service. This location has always been a favorite of mine so when I came back into town it was a no brainer where I wanted to go to have some yummy food and good drinks.
Amber was absolutely an amazing server. If the food was better I would go back. She made the experience fun and enjoyable. But the food is very bland. I tried everything my family ordered and none of us cared for any of it
It was a great experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome! I look forward to my next trip!
Rachel had some great advice on the pizza choices we were considering. We really loved the flavor of our pizzas and the service. We'll be back.
