Buyer beware I paid $32 for 3 chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich combo then they wanted to charge me to get another ranch, when they barely give you enough ranch to cover 1 tender much less 3. Food is good customer service lacks A LOT remember don’t nickel and dime your customers or they won’t be customers anymore.
I moved into the area and decided to try them out.I’m so glad I finally did. They are so good! I’ve only gotten take out twice. Haven’t dined in yet.I usually go after work and there is little to no line. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I get the classic tenders with fries with no sauce. I get ranch on the side.The tenders are real pieces of meat that are lightly breaded. They are big pieces!The fries are really good too and you get a lot!The pickles are good too.You get one sauce with your meal. The ranch has amazing flavor but it’s really runny. It would be bomb if it was thick and creamy.
Absolutely LOVED the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich that I got! Tried the wings, the Pimento Cheese fritters and split some Chicken Tenders as well. Everything was seasoned perfectly and I would definitely come back in a heartbeat when I'm in the area again!
So I wasn't impressed with the 1/4 dark meat that I ordered. It wasn't fully cooked. The corn salad was great. That's the only reason why I rated it a 2 star because the chicken still had blood coming out of it.
Chicken tenders are very moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The hottest level of their Nashville chicken sandwich is brutal! Waffles are pretty good.There are some inconsistencies in their menu such as when you order chicken and waffles. The menu states you can have white meat, dark meat, chicken wings or tenders, but the cashier stated you could only have wings or tenders.
Close to the Nashville hot chicken bit a little more Cajun. Super quick and tasty. Will be back! Nice beer selection too.
I wish I would have taken a photo before eating it! I got the tenders tossed in mild hot sauce with Mac and cheese. My husband got the chicken sandwich and my daughter had plain tenders with fries. We all loved it. The chicken is juicy on the inside with a crunchy outside. Fries are crispy and seasoned great. Mac and cheese wasn’t the best but I am pretty picky about my Mac and cheese. Looking forward to returning for more!
Nashville Hot Chicken is along the strip in Murray Hill. There are several shops, bars, and restaurants in the area. Parking can be a task, and due to the time of night, we had to park on a side street and walk to the restaurant. Lighting in the area isn’t bad, but not knowing the area well; I wasn’t 100% happy about the walk. The menu is simple and features different ways to eat fried chicken. I had the quarter chicken with fries, which were fresh and good. My husband had the chicken strips with a bit of heat. The service was fast, and my only complaint was that the chicken skin was a little dark and hard (maybe old grease). However, once I removed the skin, the chicken was moist and favorable. There is a cute outdoor seating area in the back.
Really wanted some Hot Chicken and started looking for an establishment. Luckily I found Bold Birds was right around the corner. I made an order for pickup online and ordered the tenders with hot, bacon cheese fries and the cheddar mac. I got there pretty quickly and the food was ready and hot for me to take out! I got home as fast as I could and got to eating. First thing I hit was the cheddar mac and its pretty damn good. Perfect flavor and al dente elbows. The sauce is really good. The next thing I ate was the bacon cheese fries and let me tell you. They were amazing. Perfectly cooked, great white queso sauce and real bacon! The flavor is the best and possibly the best cheese fries I've ever had. Lastly the star of the show, the Hot Chicken. I got the hot level and man its hot!!! The chicken is perfectly crispy and seasoned so well it just blows my mind. The chicken is also so juicy! Great bite for lunch or dinner! Definently go now!
Lit place for fresh chicken. Delicious. It was like 3 on a Saturday, got a good parking spot, there was only one other couple in there eating. Really good service too. Really friendly people. I went with chicken and waffles which were really good. My boyfriend loves hot food he went with medium-spicy 1/2 chicken and said it was pretty hot. All in all great little spot.
