This was my first time to a Blaze Pizza. Everyone was very friendly and patient with me while I figured out what I wanted.I opted to make my own pizza. There are so many choices of sauce, cheese, toppings and drizzles. I had red sauce, mozz, mushrooms, onions, garlic and a balsamic glaze.We also had a side of breadsticks with pesto. The pesto on cheese bread was different, but I was impressed with how good it was!Overall, a great experience.
I came in earlier today and I absolutely loved the staff. Food was good but service was even better. I came in later in the afternoon and Sam, Yesly, and another yonna and Cassie are super stars! I used to work in food service so I understand the purpose and importance of polite and fun people. Lemonade was a little sweet but everything tasted fresh and great. Stop by as soon as you can!
So, the kitchen is nasty looking and filthy. The place smells. All the tables were dirty. The manager was sitting in the lobby doing paperwork. The employees looked unengaged. We ordered 2 pizzas. Both were burned. How do you burn something you are constantly looking at and turning? I'll tell you! Unengaged employees and an absentee manager and a dirty oven. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers worked. The toilets were disgusting. And the drink area was filthy. Let me just say, I won't be going back there any time soon. Save your money and drive to the Town Center!
First visit. Will not be last. Associates very nice, friendly and patient. Pizza made the way you want/you order and watch process. Pizza tasted great. I will be back and recommend others try or return again. Enjoy
We love Blaze Pizza! We use the app to order and load up on the toppings and ranch drizzle since there is no upcharge for extra toppings. Sometimes it looks like a hot mess ? but it always tastes delicious!
This was my first experience at blaze and it was great my pizza was cooked great by Javon Noreia and made great by Jarrod Gibson and I was cashed out by this awesome cashier Crystal Williams and it was great and I definitely recommend everybody to try blaze and I will come back soon - Raymond top level trucking
I went to the Rivercity location on Friday and had a fairly mixed experience. What I believe to be the general manager seemed very unaware, slow and not very fun at all. I believe one of the employees called her Genita. (Maybe needs more training?) A boy named Sam however was the exact opposite. He was such a big help and even recommended this delicious cheesy bread with my pizza. I don’t usually leave reviews for places I’ve eaten but Sam performed very well and seemed to command his team with enthusiasm (Is he a manager?) Overall not a bad experience.
Love Blaze Pizza! I believe it's the best pizza in town! Love the way their set up is for pizza orders! Like my friend said it's the subway of pizzas! I eat there at least twice a week! Always clean inside and out too!
I ordered a pizza online. Unfortunately, someone took my pizzas before i made it to blaze. As soon as i got their the employees realized what happened. A kid by the name i think “Shane” if i remember correctly retook my order and made sure my pizza was a rush. The girl putting the pizzas in the fire did a amazing job too. This was on a saturday night and it was very busy but they made sure my pizza was in a rush. Very amazed with blaze!
Normally I love it here but this time around was terrible. App had lots of glitches which wasn't the stores fault. But when I arrived for carry out, the store wouldn't answer any of their extensions when i called. I went inside to pickup and waited 20 minutes past the time I was quoted. I would be understanding if they were busier than they were, but I just hoped for slightly better service.
