First off, I want to say that the staff, cleanliness and professionalism of Blaze is great. There's nothing wrong with the experience of going to Blaze, my rating purely comes from the high standard of quality I have from other flash cook pizza places. So let me start with what's good, I love the sauce options that Blaze has, classic, spicy, pesto, etc. And the actual flash cooking is done to perfection. Personally, I like mine to be a little more well done, but their standard preparation is great. It's evenly cooked and just crispy enough without being charred or overcooked. So here's where I start to be disappointed. Blaze's choice of toppings and finishers, while numerous, is actually quite limited comparatively to a place like Mod Pizza. The selection of cheeses misses things like asiago or pepper jack and the style of vegetable cuts makes them large pieces that don't blend their flavor well. You don't have options like being able to prep the crust with oil and garlic. There are no finishers like hot honey or other barbecue.Blaze's greatest sin is not doing something bad or offering poor customer service. No, those things are all great.Blaze's greatest sin is that it makes me wish I'd just gone to Mod Pizza instead... So do yourself a favor, skip Blaze and just go order some Mod Pizza.
This place was pretty cool. The lady who took my order said it was like subway, only for pizza. I was instantly disappointed, because subway is disgusting lol. It was the first time I had been here and it was really good. The thin crust dough was very good, they had quite a lot of toppings and you can get whatever you like and as much as you would like. They would also let you split the pizza in half. I got a pizza with half spicy red sauce (which is quite spicy, not so bad that you can't eat it, but quite spicy) and half Alfredo sauce. They had several kinds of cheese, a good selection of meats as well as vegetables. You could get pizza, bread sticks and salads, which you can also make the way you like. I was a little skeptical about how it would come out, as they bake it in a fire heated oven. I like pizza done that way, but in a place that said it was like subway, had me worried. It was very, very good though. I would definitely go back and definitely refer my friends.
Great, especially the Pi Day. You probably have to wait until next year by the time you read this, but the regular deals are good too. I recommend the s'mores cookie sandwich.
I love being able to select my own toppings and how much sauce is on my pizza. I always ask to keep in oven until thin crust is crisp. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast.
The crew members here are always so friendly and courteous, even when the line is long. They really load the pizzas with toppings to get you a bang for your buck. The BYO salad is a great price - half the price of dedicated salad places. Their desserts are also delicious - we can't leave without a salted chocolate chip cookie!
Ordered the 2 topping and simple pizza. Flavor was good and quick to cook which was nice. The brick oven style pizza is a pleasant change to the usual oven bake. Atmosphere at the store was fun for a everyone. Plenty of other families and there at the time and was not over crowded. For sure will go back again with or without the family. Nobody left hungry or dissatisfied.
Apparently this looks appetizing to serve someone who sat in curbside for almost 30 mins. I’m beyond stunned and disappointed because I’ve never had something from here look like this. Very disappointed in the whole experience
The best pizzas, excellent texture and flavors. Very good price, you can choose between the recommended pizzas or prepare yours to your liking. Pesto sauce and olive oil are recommended on pizzas. Pleasant atmosphere and attention. The drinks are very good.
Built my own Hawaiian personal pizza. The original crust that it comes with was very light and didn’t make me bloated liked it a lot!
Good good, good service, good drinks. Blood orange lemonade and pesto garlic cheesy bread are really good. I like the wheat crust and build my own pizza. I highly recommend asking for crispy crust. The wood fire grilled pizza is very good.
