The service was outstanding along with the food. Great place for entertaining friends. They didn't rush us.
Overall decent experience at BJs. I wanted to sit outside at lunch but hostess indicated they were not serving outside, which was disappointing since it was a beautiful day. Service was friendly and efficient. I order the Mediterranean chicken bowl. I had somewhat high expectations for the dish but was disappointed as it was not particularly flavorful. The honey siracha Brussels sprouts were pretty decent. My partner had the Santa Fe salad and enjoyed it. I might come back to try another menu choice as I’m interested in returning to sample the beer selection.
This place really sucks. I bet the board of health would have a field date at this place.

We were seated immediately and our waiter was very attentive! We never had to sit with an empty glass. Will definitely be back!

Our server was very nice, attentive & helpful. However, NO KETCHUP?!?!?!?!? How can a restaurant that serves mostly burgers, fries & steaks NOT HAVE KETCHUP?!?! Not to mention that there were 3 managers sitting at the table next to us when we were seated & this place literally shares a parking lot with Costco, where they sell enough ketchup for a small country! Not one of those managers thought it would be a good idea to go over there & buy some? Aside from that, the restaurant was not at all crowded, with plenty of servers. Our server did her best to apologize for "the wait" when it came to our drinks, but we didn't think it was unreasonably long. She claimed that the bar was slammed & a manager had to go help out behind the bar. We are well aware of the supply chain shortage issues and the difficulty to find good help. Well...it seems to me that management needs to be replaced, the problem is NOT with the rest of the staff. There was a giant hair in my boneless wings! Had to wait for plates to come out of the dishwasher? Weird! Very dark & hard to read the menu or see if the tables were clean. We were a party of 5, no one was thrilled with their food. I DID like the root beer sauce on the wings, but nothing else was worth going out to eat for. Wont be back anytime soon.
Food was excellent. Waitress was complaining to us about her dish duty continually. Then was rushing us thru our holiday meal. Frustrating….
The customer service was great, Megan was amazing! Food was great.
