They have lots of items on the menu, but seafood selection is rather limited. I had brussel sprouts salad with tri-tip. Not as good as I hoped. They have their own beers and selection of other brands is limited. Their lager I had was very average.
FIRST visit gone wrong! We will never try BJ’s again because of our bad experience and are easy to please customers but our experience at this restaurant was just unfavorable. Party of 4. It took 45 mins to get our entree and the server Cassandra forgot to deliver our appetizers. We came in at 6:30P, had to wait for 20 mins to get seated despite of confirmed reservation through Open Table and didn’t get out of there until 8:30P due to unbelievably SLOW service. Once and done! Never again.
This place is hurting. No taco shells, one small piece of tomato in the tomato and mozzarella salad, one tiny piece of avocado in the tortilla soup with very little chicken and too much salt. Let's hope things start to get better soon.
Had the Artichoke and Spinach dip appetizer. It was actually very good....but it went downhill from there. Assume we had an inexperienced server. She must have put in appetizers and entree at the same time. We got the appetizer, within 2 min, our salads, and two minutes after that out entrees. By the time we got around to eating the entrees, they were cold... Of course because we barely had to to start the appetizer before the entree came. Had the motz and tomato salad. Was Very salty! Inedible. The chicken blt was just okay but had too much mayo for my taste. First time eating here and not sure I will return.
Stopped for an appetizer and cocktail on our way to the airport. First time guests. Pleasantly surprised. Sat at the bar and even though our server/bartender was training she was great. Food and drinks were great! Will be back again.
Horrible service to begin with. Employees just walking around and chatting while long lines get longer. My wife and I were waiting in the customer service line, which is slower than slow, and a lady of color comes up behind us. She brushes past us to quietly speak with the lady of color who wasn’t doing anything apparent, and then pushes past us to do her business. I told my wife it feels like we are back in Maryland, where people cut in line all the time, and both she and th
we had a great dinner with great service with some friends the night before our flight. My girlfriend had a great ribeye with apple jam and bacon on it very good.
Shopping at River City Mall close to lunch time and decided to eat at BJ's We were greeted at the door and escorted to our table with paper menus. Hand sanitizer was available at the door and tables were arranged with at least six feet apart. All employees were wearing mask. Our waitress Tchlinda welcomed us to BJs and took our drink orders. She returned with our drinks and gave us time to check out the various dishes. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken pitas and my husband ordered the salmon. His dish arrived piping hot and my pitas were wonderful with a hot vegetable dish instead of the regular side. Too bad these were filling meals as the desserts sounded good. Guess we will check them out next time.
I've been here many times. The food and drink selections are plentiful. Service is solid also. I'd go back.
The food was horrible. It had no flavor. The drinks (soda and tea) were bad. Someone please clean the soft drink lines and tea dispensers. The appetizer (potato skins) had no flavor at all and were not at all like the picture in menu. How do you make dipping dressing bland? They did!!! The jambalaya had seasoning sprinkled on the bowl and yet was still lacking flavor. The parmesan crusted chicken was lacking seasoning. It had spots of parmesan crust. I think they missed the garlic in the mashed potatoes and they were room temperature. This was $50 thrown in the trash!!! We will NOT eat here again. The service was horrible too. We had to ask for silverware after the entrees arrived. We should have walked out. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I have had in years!
