Such a great customer experience and AMAZING food. I placed an order via phone and ERIK was very helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, respectful, and truly seemed to care about the patrons. "Give this man a raise!" as they say lol. But honestly, his work ethic and caring nature deserve to be rewarded and acknowledged, because its great people/employees like Erik that keep bringing me and other happy customers back. On top of that, the food was amazing! You have a loyal happy customer for life! =D

Do yourself a favor and check out Biggie’s Pizza! It’s amazing. They have a wide variety of traditional and specialty pies, but also incredible wings, salad, heroes and more. I’ve loved every single thing I’ve tried there. It’s the kind of place you go for lunch and end up wanting to go back for dinner. Great food, atmosphere, staff and owners. I can’t recommend it enough!
It would be nice if they stop running out of everything. One time it was pizza sauce. How does a Pizza place ran out of pizza sauce. another time it was pepperoni last time it was mushrooms. They are kind of running that place in the ground .the bathroom we're not even working this time.
I love this place. The pizza is great. The people are young and alive. They are pretty much always in a great mood. I really love the vibe and energy. They can be a little slow at times but the way they always give off such a great energy, it really doesn't even matter. Keep doing your thing young bloods, I'll keep ordering from your location.
It’s a “by the slice” pizza place. If you’re happy with this style crust with similar places, you’ll definitely be happy here.I got a slice of the NY meaty and a pepperoni. I was full before I made it to the second slice.I think it’s a touch expensive for what I got. But inflation is hitting hard and it does seem they will be able to expand to an ear in area in about a month.Worth checking out, they’re on the map for good pizza in Jville
Best pizza place in JAX!!! You have so many varieties and flavors to suit everyone! You got Vegan and GF options! They got wings, salads, apps! I can’t imagine a better place to eat for lunch, dinner, or even a late night snack when out with friends! Good vibes, great service, and even better food ! ???
Just moved into the area. And I was looking for my neighborhood pizza spot, and I definitely found it. Got a 19 inch cheese to try it out, and I was very happy with what I got. Came back today for some Pepperoni. Can’t wait to try some more.Really cool music and atmosphere, awesome employees. Can’t ask for much more.Will definitely be coming back!
Biggie's is one of those hidden gems that I'm so glad I stumbled upon here in Jacksonville. Biggie's on Southside is one of the newer branches that I know of, but they have the same great quality of pies as the original one I went to near the Beach.Some of my favorites include the Chicken-Bacon Ranch Pizza and the Pizza Blanco (White Sauce Pizza) . The prices are extremely affordable, especially with the amount of quality Pizza you get. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone craving that traditional New York style Pizza. And on top of that, they're usually open late, so if you want a late snack, they're the place to go to.But by far my favorite part of Biggie's is the atmosphere and staff. It's so laid back in there and the guys & gals making the pies are some of the most down to Earth people. Shout out to Isaiah & Tony for helping me out with a big order for a Church event. Those guys have hearts of Gold and definitely need some promotions! ??
