The food was okay. The staff were helpful in trying to help me find a vegetarian option. For someone who was driving from Tallahassee down to Miami, this was our dinner option for the road trip. It was just okay, but for what was going on, it was just right. Not heavy, not too delicious, but simple. However, if you’re from Jacksonville, you should try finding another location if you’re a vegetarian. The tofu was mediocre at best. The noodles were meh. The rice tasted as if it had been sitting for a bit. The only reason why I’m rating this location as a three, the staff did try to go above and beyond.
We had to wait 30 minutes for two meals that I could have made in ten. I was very sad that I had to wait for so long, but I’m too socially anxious to say anything, so I’m complaining here.
So I am posting this to note 2 things.To start, the food we usually order is delicious.However I have been a little bothered with portion sizes lately...it's been inconsistent. I've included pictures of my kids meals to show because that was the last time I ordered something there....I would of gotten myself something but Yellow Curry sauce has been out for a while. Which is the only sauce I like.But neways it's happened with my meal as well as my husband's meal. Where, for instance, the green beans were very few. Like in the photos. One child got more than the other.Also once or twice the wait was extremely long for our food. But it wasn't busy in the restaurant. It seems to of gotten better.So for now I'm keeping it at 3 ?. I'll update when the consistency is better on the food and the yellow curry sauce comes back.?♀️But good overall.
2nd time we have ordered from this place for lunch at work. Both times horrible. The meat tastes so weird, I cant describe it…. Dirty? The noodles have tasted like dish soap twice now. $17 for a bento box literally a bite worth of salad and noodles. The protein portion was ok, but not for $17, maybe $10, but not $17. Stomach hurt after eating here both times. Not impressed. Coworker got sushi poke bowl and did not like it either, said the meat tasted weird too.
Just ate at this Bento restaurant. It was freezing cold inside. It was 42 degrees outside and their thermostat was 62 for the inside temp. Complained and they did nothing. Had to get a blanket from my car to cover up so we could eat. My food came out in a timely manor but my husband’s came out late and was cold. They remade his meal but, we had no time to eat, had to carry out. TERRIBLE Atmosphere. I’ll never forget!

So I have been coming to this location for many years and have never had a bad experience. That was until tonight, our service was slow, sushi rolls were falling apart after they came out. We weren’t provided plates to eat our sushi. Then when we asked for them it took multiple minutes to get. When we did get plates they were dirty!!! They were not busy at all at 2000hrs (8 pm). Super disappointed in the service today!
We had it delivered to our hotel. Was kind of pricey for mediocre food & medium portions. Crab Rangoons were good but only get 4. Sushi was ok. Sesame chicken's breading was mushy. The chicken itself was good cuts of white meat but not very much of it. Upcharge to fry the rice instead of getting white rice was ridiculous.
This was our first time visiting and we had a great experience. The server helped us figure out what was vegan and I decided on the pineapple sweet and sour tofu. We also had the Korean steak, mango boba, and mango boba slush. We thought that the boba was not super amazing and thought it was weird that instead of upgrading to jellies they added boba and jellies to the drink. It was a little loud and busy for a Monday afternoon but we were still able to find a table and hear each other. Would definitely recommend this for a quick and tasty lunch.
