They used to be good. We just went 5:15PM on a Saturday night. They were out of 1/2 of the menu, including one of our 2 entrees - which they didn't tell us they were out of until the other one arrived at the table (which already took a while, the kids meal came quickly). My wife ordered something else (we would have left if my meal hadn't just come) and they came back saying they were out of that too. They were also out of regular coke (they had diet). Did I mention this was 5:15PM on a Saturday night? The hostess/waitress was super sweet (I suspect she was not told about the missing items beforehand - but maybe she just forgot). Another waitress tried to serve us at one point, even telling us that the drink orders we put in with the first waitress weren't in (and they came to the table as she was telling us this). The food is pretty good when they have it. My wife ended up getting the same child's cheese tortellini as my daughter and it was fine. But the management is terrible now so no reason to go back.

We love the bistro soup. We were hungry so tried the halibut fish & chips which were excellent. Was surprised to see they used halibut, as that doesn’t happen down here much. Recently had that in Washington state. We generally eat here when we come to the mall. Waitress was very goo, too.

Having been to Bazille many times, this last vist was disappointing. Service was outstanding but food quality definitely has taken a step down

The service was good, the food was not....My aunt got the Calamari and she got food poisoning. I got the fried chicken sandwich and tomato soup (the only thing good we had) I was informed the bread was in the oven, and when it was brought to the table, it should have gone right back, as it was frozen in the middle still. My sandwich had a spread that was way too overpowering and the fries had so much salt, I felt like I should have just poured the shaker in my mouth. The manager did greet us and our server was polite, but should have asked us when our food was not touched if there was something wrong. I was really looking forward to our meal, as the Nordies went out of business in my last town. I would say check your food, or just get the soup, its a Nordies Classic!

The food is consistently great here as is the service and staff. You can tell quality fresh ingredients are used and the meals are freshly prepared.

Good food, polite efficient waitress. Convenient for our needs.

I'm so bummed this place has gone down so much. It was my fav spot in Jacksonville and it's been awful the past few times I've gone. This time, everything was undercooked. I had to tell them how to cook the Brussel sprouts properly... they weren't crispy at all. We ordered two pizzas and the first was undercooked but we ate its, the second with the cauliflower crust was so undercooked the cheese wasn't melted so we sent it back. It just seems like the cooks there don't care anymore. I don't know if it's new management or a new chef or what but we are bummed at how bad it was. Sad to say we likely won't be going back.

I Went for brunch on 6/12/2022. At the time I went it was not busy at all. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is the waitress assigned to my area was laughing it up with another customer constantly and not looking around to see I needed service, or check on the other customer already served. I had to go to the receptionist to tell her my server had not come to my table. I ordered the heirloom tomatoes and burrata w/grilled shrimp. I was very disappointed with the scant cherry tomatoes which were all green not a variety as I’ve had in Tampa. When I asked for more tomatoes it did not look like even 1 was added.

A simple and comfortable place to eat during a shopping trip. Very good food.

Total experience was great! The service, food, and atmosphere. It's a great place to meet friends for lunch.
