They need a solution for when ice cream is too hard to scoop. Annoying for clients and employees
Rude worker people came in to get waffle cone refused to make some so we left going somewhere else Baskin-Robbins no longer viable
Went for icecream. They don't post the flavors on the menu, so after checking on the website, we made our order. Only to find out they didn't have many of the listed flavors. We finally found selections they have and my kids would like. We made them "creatures" only to find out after they handed us the icecream that they were out of the dolphins. So we paid $3.99 for creature icecream that ended up being a single small scope in a cup.. I ordered a vanilla shake for myself and it was not at all frozen, it was was all liquid, like butter milk. My wife got a cone and hers turned out fine. So that is how they earned the 2nd star. Very disappointed, we won't back.
Terrible service!! Gave me the wrong order and was rude even hung up the phone when I requested a supervisor. Also refused to give me his name then later claimed that his name was desmond. Very unprofessional I definitely would not order from here again.

We enjoyed our experience getting some ice cream and donuts. The staff was helpful at letting us taste some samples to assist us in making a choice. Friendly and quick with orders. Will visit again.

This was the Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location. The service was polite and professional. I bought ice tea. It was ridiculously sweet and undrinkable. I had to pour it into a pitcher at home and brew more tea to add to it. So much for a cold refreshing drink on the go.
