Used the drive thru Sat 6pm. Ordered a quart of pralines and cream. It was handed to me with no bag and no receipt.
They served me ice cream on a soggy waffle cone. I could roll it like a paper towel. When I asked the cashier about it, she said only morning shift made cones and shrugged. No attempt to fix it. My husband's sundae was full of freezer ice crystals. Yuck.
2 separate times I have looked on line for Baskin-Robbins it said open both times in the morning 2 weeks in a row I drive all the way there for some ice cream they said we don't have the icecream out now I told Mrs. That it says Baskin-Robbins is open now and until 9 pm. I asked the woman working at 7:15 Saturday morning since your website says your open can you get me some icecream from the Freezer. She declined this has happened two Sunday mornings in a row and I've had to got to another Baskin-Robbins who says they are open and they have Bo problems. If Baskin-Robbins isn't open or the manager doesn't want to make money or get off his or her lazy but then maybe you should say Baskin-Robbins is closed until you decide to open it. Very disappointed that I have to drive all over with these gas prices bc the lady doesn't want to do her job and open the icecream when the website says iits open. This is the closest toy house and the only Baskin-Robbins that doesn't open when it says open. The lady was rude all she had to do was go to the freezer get the icecream and scoop it along with the 2 sandwiches I was going to get fr Dunkin doughnuts. Very unhappy she had no interest in helping customers. So I will start spending my money elsewhere if I could give 0 stars O would
Stopped in for an ice cream. Staff was pleasant and store seemed clean enough. Ice cream (pistachio almond) had a not entirely unpleasant or concerning but slightly odd taste....realized partly through that it had a taste undertone of COFFEE...this is an ice cream and coffee (dunkin) shop...no doubt the strong and everpresent coffee aroma was imparted into the ice cream...bottom line....not the best place to get ice cream if you are particular about flavor...
I asked for 2 specific ice creams and they gave me what they wanted. Bad actitud, racist and I saw one of them taken cups from the trash can when I get in to the store. They do not use gloves or hairnets.
I don’t see this place being around much longer. Haven’t been in 2 years and they’re still out of stuff, the deserts don’t even look the same. Barely any whip cream, fudge etc. Workers not familiar with the menu.Same guy who took my order and read everything back to turns around and asks at the window what I wanted again. Crazy. Apparently, others are complaining about the same things
Wish I read the reviews before placing the order. Ordered an icecream cake for my son’s 1st birthday 2 months ago. It was melted and split in half. We had no cake to serve to cut or to serve to the guests. I contacted customer service the next day and was told that someone from the store is going to contact me but no one did. I have made several calls and sent several emails. No proper response. Never getting anything from them again!!
I’m sure the employees here hate their job as much as I hate dealing with their unfriendly asses. Guess what? We all work, it sucks, just be fucking nice to people.
Can you believe that at 5pm this place is closed to eat inside???? Worst place ever. Prefer cold stone now on
This location has some serious management issues. Every single time I have gone to this location they are out of one of the basic flavors of ice cream and hot fudge. Once or twice okay, but this is the 7th time for me personally. Giving up on this location.
