Worst customer service Dunkin/Baskin Robbins we ever been to. 3 times now the person taking orders made us leave due to a poor attitude and just rushing us while ordering. Please hire some friendly staff ASAP. Will not be going back to this location. Southside Blvd it is!!
The only reason I rated 5 stars is because of the service Kianna gave me! I had come in for a milkshake after having dental work and was surprised to find they didn't have chocolate ice cream or bananas or hot fudge or peanut butter or anything! The young lady was very nice and was able to make a great shake without many ingredients! Thank you to her for being so gracious! I am very grateful! 1 star to Baskin Robbins and 5 star to Kianna!
This Baskin-Robbins location on Phillips Highway in Jacksonville is a great place to go for all things delicious and quality ice cream and cool treats when you are in this area. The staff here is very friendly and makes sure that you have everything that you need.

A manager that works around 7:00pm at this location is nasty and rude and keep hanging up ,. I will never order from here and bad customer service

Visit weekly with my Dad after we visit my Mom at her nursing home. Dad enjoys sitting outside - only adventure he can safely undertake during COVID-19. We are always treated well, regardless how busy the drive thru is.
The staff is always friendly at this one and today was no different. They are a Dunkin/Baskin combo so everything is there. Although due to Corona, not all menu items are available.
Suuuuuper slow service! 20+ minutes to buy one banana split!!! And there was only one person in front of us and three people behind the counter!
