Literally my favorite breakfast spot. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for years and never stopped in till two weeks ago. It’s now my go to spot. Amazing quality, portion size, price point and customer service. The girl who works the counter is so nice and personable and never makes me feel like bringing my noisy kids in is a bother. I can’t even get fast food as fast or as cheap as this little spot and the quality is 100x better than fast food. Also the flavored cream cheeses are amazing. I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
Bagels are very good. Have to get there early or they run out of a lot.Three stars because the dining room is not clean. The decor over the drink station is covered in dust. Very unappealing. Anytime I see questionable cleanliness in the dining room, I get nervous about the cleanliness where customers can’t see.

Worst bagel I have ever had. 0/5 if i could. Burnt to a crisp (fingers can’t even squeeze the bread) and an excessive amount of cream cheese with no spread. Took one bite and spit it out as I couldn’t even chew it. When ordering, the staff informed me they were out of a bunch of things and there website wasn’t up to do date. That’s just poor business all around. You’d be better off buying bagels and cream cheese from the store and making it yourself.
This place is terrible!! The bagels were hard as a rock and the lox was ridiculously fishy I couldn't even eat it. Order a bacon egg and cheese bagel and there was barely an egg on it w pieces of disgusting burnt to hell bacon and slimy cheese the bagel was completely dry with nothing on it. The restaurant was so dirty. This was my 2nd try 1st time we have horrific customer service and chewy over boiled bagels. Run far away from this place.
Drove quite aways Sunday 5/15/21 to get to Bagels R Us ob Beach Ave. Their website as well as sign on the door say close at 2:00. We made it by 1:37 but on entering, the manager said we are closed, We pointed out that internet site says close at 2:00 but he said all the stores close at 1:30 and the store's door sign says 2:00. He said he would not sell us bagels he was cleaning up. The young man mopping the floor felt bad for us and gave us 4 bagels he was taking home. If they close at 1:30 they should change their signs and website. The purported manager was guite rude the mopping guy was lovely The real management should swap their positions.
Love to get my breakfast here! They have reasonable prices and quality is great! We usually get bacon, egg, and cheese on Asiago or Everything bagels and side of home fries. Always delicious! The staff is amazing as well to handle so much business with a smile ?
5 stars all the way. I get two dozen every time. My favorite bagel is the everything bagel with Jalapeno cream cheese. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are higher but worth it.
Used to come here weekly. Bagels are good. Experienced some bad customer service, but everyone is overworked and tired. I get it. My reason for the “one star” is due to information passed to me by two of the workers there.I came in a few weeks ago to get a dozen for the r house. Had company in town. I go back I leave a large tip for the staff on my credit card, and learn that the owner takes half the credit card tips. Asked for the owner. Owner wasn’t even there! No owner should be taking the staff tips. I ended giving everyone cash instead.If you continue to eat here, please tip cash for the staff that works hard behind that counter. Unfortunately I’m in the market for a new bagel place nowUpdate: I asked for a manager and owner while I was there. No one was there to assist. One of two things are happening, either your staff is lying on multiple occasions (I’ve reached out more then once in different occasions. Your staff all says the same thing), or your staff is lying about the tips, which doesn’t make any sense.
The Good: Bagels, sandwiches, flavored cream cheese are great.The Bad: Customer service is terrible. Doesn’t matter who you deal with, they act like you’re bothering them. Every time I order flavored cream cheese, I get plain. It’s my fault as well for not checking before I get home, but cmon. Lastly, I don’t appreciate getting up at 6:30 on my only off day to restock on bagels only to find out that the place isn’t open(Sunday 1/9). If you’re having staffing issues, then update your website/Google. 4 other vehicles pulled up and left unhappy in the 3 minutes I was there.*Update* If you’re having bakery issues, I get it. A sign on the door would’ve been nice for myself and the several other people that were there. I notice that you didn’t address the bad customer service either. This review was 100% warranted.
