The staff are friendly, and the bagels are the best I've had in a while.

This was my first time trying Bagel Love. I got the Asiago bagel w/olive cream cheese and it was AMAZING! Not your typical store bought bagel.They are more square and tall with a chewy texture. The cream cheese was great.
If you think a bagel is supposed to have the consistency of a loaf of bread this could be your place. Oh and their highly trained professional bagel makers got my order wrong. Guess one pumpernickel one multi grain was confusing so they gave me two multi grain bagel sandwiches.
Good bagels but come on…. they never have enough or they close early. I have worked in the food industry and understand there are shortages, but it’s frustrating when I try to support a local business and can’t. It makes me not even want to bother coming here.

One of my favorite spots in Jax. Come here every Sunday. But just came recently with employees I’d never seen before and they were out of bagels an hour and 20 minutes before they closed so the guy told me they’re closed for the day. Pretty poor preparation it seems like upfront but additionally I’ve had a breakfast sandwich in the past here that wasn’t on a bagel so it was odd that this new crew decided to close down so early rather than think of an alternative. I’ll be back but gotta say this bad experience rubbed me the wrong way and makes me think differently about the business. No longer a go-to on Sundays.
Great service, amazing bagels. The people who run it are super attentive and helpful. Not alot specify bagels shops in Jax, this place is great!
