20 min wait for empty tables after waiting 10 min to even be addressed. Something wrong with that. As host sat at table doing nothing. Waited there 20 min 40 min to this point customer service is very pour service. Kept telling us the kitchens backed up. (Suggestions) worry more about customers then being able to walk out door when they close. Don’t bother taking names if your going to seat people that just walk in cause there your friends. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Hands down worst experience and I’ve been served frozen steak from another location. Enough said
This location is in need of quality management. When we entered the hostess decided to take a personal call talking to her mom about white boards that she needed. Finally she seats us, family of 5. We sat for approximately 15 mins with no waitresses or anyone coming over. This is the second time that I have been to this location with poor service. I will never return nor suggest any colleagues or clients to eat at this location.
I ordered take out through the automated system and was given a pickup time of 8:14. I arrived a few minutes early but ended up waiting until about 8:25 before receiving my food. It looked like they were fully staffed, I noticed several servers outside just hanging out. I understand that under staffing has become an issue with a lot of restaurants but I don't believe that was the problem. Good service seems to have become a thing of the past.I still expect good service, especially since prices have increased.
I think our servers name was Tracy but I can't recall 100%. Either way this chick was amazing. She was super nice and social. She was also really patient with our toddler.I had the chicken and shrimp dish with potatoes and it was great! The drink was good to. It was the $5 one with the rocks tequila in it. Super tasty! I would go back for sure.
First time at Applebee's. Not too busy. Little noisy. Ordered bourbon steak. Steak was cooked right, good taste, not the most tender cut I've ever had. Garlic potato's were OK. Caesar salad was bland.Would have rated it a Three Star, except my waiter, Joseph, added value. Friendly, quick, and anticipated my needs. In fact, when I mentioned that I forgot to tell him to leave the croutons off the salad, he ran back to the kitchen and then delivered salad sans croutons. Thanks, Joseph.

Very dirty run down restaurant! I’ve been in the business for 30 years and it’s the first thing I do is check cleanliness when I walk into an establishment, good thing me and the owners don’t sit down at the same table together I would pick them apart. The only reason this establishment survives is because of the surrounding hotels! I can almost guarantee there are no repeat customers unless they are blind. If you’re going to own a business you have to be passionate, especially the restaurant business. Needless to say after seeing the condition of the inside of the restaurant I did pay for my order walked outside threw it in the trashcan and drove away.
Saturday night we were looking for somewhere to eat without an extensive wait time. When we rode by the parking lot wasn't packed so we decided to stop in. The hostess said there would be a 25-30 min wait so we turned around to leave... before we made it out the manager stopped us said that she would go ahead and take us. I was so thankful. This was the most pleasurable experience I've had with this chain restaurant. The manager attended to us and then we also had a waitress. I was surprised at how great the customer service and food was. We also enjoyed some adult drinks. The date night frozen special drink was so good...especially for 5 dollars. I would definitely revisit if for nothing else but the wonton tacos and drinks.
Lunch was so good service was quick and friendly - my food was delicious. I highly recommend the salmon broccoli and mashed potatoes ?
It's been a minute since my wife and I visit Applebee's,the outing was good. The service was great,the guy that served us was on time with everything,I wish I could remembered him dude was great.After they made my wife bloody Mary wrong, he made sure it was right and gave her bottomless drinks after that. He made my night too,cause my wife got hammered and I got lucky. Food was good too, great night....thanks
