We were given food with nothing to eat with. Waitress had on a head scarf on the work floor. Certain things tasted like fresh dish water like the vegetables and my beer. I'm not coming back. Might have been this one particular night but I'm not going to give it another try to see if it's better. Cross Creek here I come. Free promotions. Applebee's left a literal bad taste in my mouth. The window in our booth was filthy. The veggies were not enemy cooked.
It was father's short staffed but we were seated in less than an hour. The server had quite a few tables so ahe was efficient and no complaints about that. The food was decent.
My server was great. I was sitting g close to the kitchen and you could hear every nasty toxic choice of words they gave each other to the point where you could see the disgust in the rest of their staff. Buddy had no problem excercising his right to freedom of speech! I liked the wonton tacos but that was about it!
Hello. The food was ? I missed and erased the pictures.. we had boneless Buffalo wings, I had pasta and garlic bread big onion rings and more. The waitress was very nice and kept checking on us. We was able to take enuff food to go too.
There was a 45 minute wait unless we sat at the bar which was what we did. The bartender was amazing. She was doing the work of 10 people and doing it really well. It seemed like when we walked in they did not want our business and there were servers standing around doing nothing while she busted her butt. I left her a huge tip and I hope she didn't have to share that with anyone because she was awesome :) This was Easter Sunday and it wasn't that busy but at the bar the food was great and the bartender was excellent!
The table was wet when we sat down, the waitress was nice. The food ok, they forgot items on our plate. The drinks were ok. I give them 3 out of 5 stars.
The worst experience ever, the bartenders did not interact with the guests, it took seven minutes before I was greeted, I was not given a food nor drink menu, the bartender Lorenzo lied and said they’re not allowed to offer drink specials, the other bartender Jessica was more concerned with washing glass than talking to customers. The manager Stephanie was unhelpful and did not reprimand her staff after lying to a customers face. The bartender Jessica asked about my experience I explained she said she was taking a drink off my check. When she handed me my bill she says “ You saved $11 dollars”, that comment was extremely rude. The staff need to be educated on customer service skills and maintaining the bar while guests are present. Would not recommend, spend your money else where.
Ordered online delivery and my delivery came late but the restaurant could of still made a new ice cream scoop knowing this order sat. My chicken quesadilla didn’t have chicken in the one triangle portion. And I wasn’t given sour cream for my quesadilla.
Really don’t want to give any stars…. My husband and I ordered food last Friday online. I pick up our food and our whole order was wrong… we called and the manager said we could give them a second chance. Second chance we dined inside. Our artichoke dip came out still frozen in the middle. I asked the server if they could pop it up back in the microwave. She instead brought out another fresh one. The chips were half fresh/ half stale. My husbands and my food came out and it was correct. Not a great second chance, but they tried. Which is why tonight I wanted to give them a third try.So tonight I ordered online again. I ordered at 11:20pm. My food would be ready by 11:40. I pull up, and their is a sign in the door that says they closed at 11:00 for overnight maintenance. I arrived at 11:33pm. I called twice, no one answered. Employees were inside, could visibly see me standing outside trying to call. Instead I was blatantly ignored… so I leave. Thinking that they are closed! I left and go to Waffle House! Someone from Applebees called me at 11:55 to ask me WHERE I WAS!? UM I just left from their, I called twice, so no I won’t be turning around driving back. Thank God I didn’t pay online!This restaurant has issues with the boh and some of the foh employees needs work. Our server from last Saturday was amazing I had no issues with her service what so ever. The manager was great. They just need some better employees who care! Especially in the boh! When you CAN CLEARLY SEE a customer outside, who is trying to call, maybe just maybe ? it’s to check on their order!?Third time, is the absolute last time to give this restaurant a chance! How many chances does a paying patron need to make, before they are done continuously giving you chances when you continue to make mistakes! Do not come here, if you are from out of town don’t waste your time coming here. Unless serious changes are made, don’t waste your gas, or money here.
I expected better service and food. Waitress spend most of the time chatting with guest behind our seats and food seems as if it was sitting for a while before served to us, well at least mine did.
