Apparently they have stopped providing a choice of rice or naan with the Chicken Tikka Masala. They did not make this clear in their Uber Eats menu, and so even though I specifically asked for rice in the notes, I didn't get it. Now I called the restaurant and gave them a chance to make it right and was even willing to pay the extra for the rice, credit card in hand, and they refused. Real class acts.
One of the best grocery and restaurant around Jacksonville! Very accessible right off the main road and the people are really really really good!It was a first day in town and we were late and the closing time and already passed it but they still gave us some time together food and groceries which are much Needed! Try their goat and chicken biryani!
Very disappointing presentation. They took our order of curry over the phone and we ordered extra naan on the side expecting that it came with rice Picked it up and realized that didn’t give us rice with our order when their menu said curry comes with rice. Then when we called they stated our menu changed 3 days ago. Don’t you think that is something to mention if your menu changed to your customers. Good luck!
I frequent this restaurant often and have had no issues. Decided to order on Uber Eats today and get my usual order and was sent some completely terrible food. I attempted to remedy the situation with the restaurant and give them a chance to correct it but the lady who answered the phone attempted to make an excuse and disregard all of my issues. At this point I have lost all respect for this restaurant and will not be returning.
Just moved to Jax and was looking for a good Indian place since I had a couple really good ones out in Cali. Ordered chicken tikka masala and I dunno what this is but it tastes nothing like how it’s supposed to taste. There was also a weird thick layer of oil on top which I’ve never seen before from any of the other Indian restaurants I’ve tried. I should have known this wouldn’t be good or authentic when there wasn’t even an option for spice level when ordering.
A hidden gem... Authentic home cooked Indian food!! Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The Naan is to die for and there chickenTikkon marsala perfect... Will defiantly be back to try a something new!!!
This is a great place to get good food. I have dined in all the Indian restaurants in the city but their Naan and service is hands down the best. The curries taste good too.
There food is testy and delicious- they’re clean - I’m traveling for my work a lot - for two week I try everything in this restaurant.All servers are great , they welcome you with smiles great customer service.Kudos to all kitchen staff ❤️ThanksTamim wali
This is the most authentic Pakistani/Indian food in jacksonville. I always order chicken korma or beef nihari or lamb nadai or the chicken tika masala with garlic nan or even the lamb biryani, you won't be disappointed! Small seating area since its inside a market place but worth every penny! I can't say everything is great but for the good meals they really deserve 5 stars, its the only restaurant that reminds me of the food in Dubai which i miss
Amazing Chicken Biryani and Samosas. Super friendly, great service, and awesome selection in the grocery side. Definitely, DEFINITELY have to give em' a try!
