They must be under new ownership. Food was bland, chicken was tough and the spices were whole sticks and not blended. The guy at register was highly incompetent. I've never been to an Indian restaurant where rice is a separate upcharge. Rice is not a side but part of the meal. I will have to find a different fav spot now. The food was edible after adding salt and reheating.
I have always liked this store's products but they always charge more money than they should as there is a price tag on every product. I never gave a value, but today they took off $11 more. And I don't like that they wanted to deceive me once again. Now this will be the last time I've been here!
Very clean, French and variety of Halal meat & vegetables along with various brands of spices from Asian to middle Eastern. Very happy & satisfied.
I wanted to like this place so badly instead of having to make the drive out to bay meadows. The food here is so bad it gives indian food a bad name. Just skip this place and go to literally any other place that comes up when you google Indian food near me.
Great place to find anything you need from India, Asia, or the Mediterranean. Well organized and very clean with friendly staff … and they have an attached restaurant. Great meat selection, too.
Great store for daily groceries such as spices, fruit and vegetables, halal meat . Apna resturant offers delicious food dine in and take out
small, and there is a lot of stuff in the store. Samosas here are very good.Could improve on the interior and ambiance of the store.
The husband and I just had a wonderful lunch here and it was the most amazing - fresh - heart warming food I've had in a while!! If you've never had Indian good before trust me when I say Don't Be Scared - face your fears and be pleasantly surprised!! I just told my husband that I rather order from here instead of Chinese / Ramon which I a favor when we're on the rd! Friends I promise you nothing but delight here at this cozy - friendly - very clean - also a grocery store!!! Enjoy your little hearts out!
PAKISTANI FOODnot indian restaurant its pakistani groceries store with 4 tables with deli kitchen all food was Stale, oily, and some bad aftertaste to cheakpeas. And veg. Biryani tasted bad as well. Mix veg pakora was burnt, worst food ever. And drinking glasses was dirty.After trying a bite of each dish we ask for check and server came asking do u need boxes? we said no thx they didnt even bothered to ask if food is ok or what is the issue. since we had all that food and we was leaving behind bcos it was really bad smell and taste. But do yourself a favor and save money and time.Please check all lowest reviews its all about bad food and made people sick.
