This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed.\\n\\nI actually enjoyed my stay here and thought it was a nice hotel, so a little confussed to read some of the bad reviews which I personally didn't see or experience. What I did see during my 2 night stay was the hallway being vacuumed and a staff member walking the parking lot and picking up the few pieces of litter. Location is great and offers many shopping and dining options within walking distance.
Jacquie Conley is the glue that holds it all together. My stay was wonderful due to Jacquie, Hope, Teelissa and Ant. Breakfast was delicious and my room was clean. These people know how to accommodate the visitors to their hotel and put the H into hospitality!
As a Marriott Titanium member I stay in hotels every week. The staff with Aloft is friendly and professional from the check in process to the check out process. I have stayed many times with this hotel. There is always fresh coffee early every morning. On a side note: I recently stayed at this hotel and after driving down the road I realized I left some documents on my desk. When I called Cassandra was so willing to check the room, call me back and emailed all my necessary documents. She went above and beyond for great customer service!
What a joke. We had booked a room with our Capital One rewards points and upon arrival they told us they couldn’t accommodate us. Things happen and so I found a nearby hotel instead. The real issue was trying to recover my rewards points . The front desk staff at Aloft refused to help the Capital One rep in getting our points back. After about an hour on the phone and multiple calls form Capital One to the hotel we were finally refunded. The staff was not friendly and was refusing to issue a credit even though we didn’t stay. We legit had to get feisty to get our points back since their staff was being a pain. Terrible customer service at this locations.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice the staff was good. The only thing is the walls are thin so you can hear people in the hall so bring earplugs. Parking was safe , they had water and coffee 24/7 . I slept well and would stay again ( with ear plugs )
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we highly recommend! Staff was wonderful! The front desk, bar tenders, housekeeping, all of em! We were traveling with our 2 greyhounds, and they were not only accommodating, but went out of their way to make our pups comfortable! Anna, the housekeeper for our room greeted our fellas by name and left treats for them! The grounds were great for walking them as well! We will be back! The lobby area is very comfy and welcoming. We loved playing pool while we had a nightcap!
5 star actually for Reba the front desk agent for the smile kindness and being attentive. My room was nice except for the sheets that smelled like it was used before so its good that i had two beds. What made this stay amazing was Reba, handled my issue well and served with a smile. I went to Southern Coffee in Neptune Beach and felt like the crew didn’t like working there. So Reba is a good example to them as to how they should be working. Thanks Aloft and definitely will be back.
Room 308Typical Aloft hotel. 5-10 ride from the airport. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Slow elevators which i think is common for this chain. Friendly staff and they have smoking section by the pool.

If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure!I like the hotel brand style, it looks casual and the place convenient and affordable, this time I’ve used their service for long term airport parking, it’s the cheapest ever, nothing less than any other similar airport long term parking, the shuttle is ready whenever you are to drive you or get you to or from the airport, the team is super nice and super fast, they have coffee and some snacks in the lobby don’t forget to arrive a bit early to enjoy the lovely see through fireplace.
