Great food, friendly atmosphere and fare prices! My wife and I ate there, she had the Philly steak and cheese and I had two hotdogs. The fries are the best I've had in a long time! Y'all gotta try it!

First time there I will give 5 stars due to customer service and quality of food was on point. To be fair I ordered the steak in a sack and fries tasted just like the shiek which is my frequent for steak in a sack. The portion was smaller but the quality was on point great job
It is the Absolutely best Hotdogs in the Jacksonville area, the Steak in a Sack was also the best I ever had, the other guys have nothing on All American. Truly a Jacksonville Gem. Owners are very nice and will go out of there way to make your experience the best, if I could I would give the 10 out of 10 Stars.

My family LOVES this place! Both my husband & at least one of his sisters worked there when they they were younger. The family that owns All American Hot Dog are kind & caring & they never disappoint. They have always provided customers with good quality food & I'm grateful they are close by.
I recently commented on a facebook post about thinking the Sheik and All American Hot Dogs steak in a sack asbeing NE Floridas answer to the Philly Cheesesteak and in My personal top ten cheesesteaks in the area. I was by All American Hot Dog earlier and decided to get a steak in a sack but what's this? as I drove up to order they have a , new to me, order board and right there in front of my eyes "CHEESETEAK SUB" WHAAAAAAAT?? Its not a sub with lettuce or tomato just the same filling from a steak in a sack on a long roll.This sandwich only cost $8.49 so it beat out most of the other places I go to for price right off the mark. The aroma filling my van was indescribably delicious. I unwrapped a good sized sandwich, decently filled with this steak, onions and my choice, american cheese. The roll was warm and soft with a great resistance as I bit into it. It was a really good cheesesteak, probably my new go to, its a little further from home than Miami Grill but not much. I lived in the tristate area for 35 years before moving to Jax, Ive eaten a LOT of cheesesteaks,from pats and johhny lukes to yellow subamarine in maple shade nj, Under the frankfort el, little sub shops off the black horse pike in NJ, levitown et al and Id put this sandwich side by side with any one them. All American Hot Dog isnow in My personal top 5 or 6 in Jax...
Bun was burned and was just not very good overall. Save your time and money and visit the hotdog lady outside Wal-Mart on 103rd. WAY, WAY better hotdogs and your bun wont be black!
I tend to explore hotdog joints around florida, i decided to drive 3 hours from orlando just to try this spot that has been in business for 50+ years in jax.Was ot worth it? Well does a kid love candy?Yes it was worth it. I got a 10" sausage dog with raw onions and ketchup and mayo and also a 5 piece chicken tender with fries.You can taste the homestyle food, toasted hotdog bun. ? fries cut and fried in store.This was easily among one of the top 5 hotdog joint experiences I've ever had.Even the soda tastes better than normal spots.
Always friendly and great service! Great breakfast bowl and breakfast pita’s. Been coming here for years and does not disappoint- I also love coming here for lunch!
