Amazing!!! The vegan pizza is the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Twice as good as Mellow Mushroom. My kids got the lasagna and cleaned their plates. Mom got the stuffed shells and salad with the blue cheese dressing and she raved about it. Rebecca was our waitress and gave outstanding service. Very pleasant person and quick to wait/check on us.
Personnel are on the ball! No one gets left out. Everyone is treated first class. Big group with Cody serving all separate checks! What a champ.
My husband, daughter and I ate here for the first time and had a great experience. Our server Cody was absolutely awesome! Attentive, friendly, efficient. We will request him every time we dine in now. Thanks Cody!
Salad dressing is so average. I mean you can buy Ken’s dressings in the grocery store. The vinaigrette is so bitter! Salad was fresh though!!!
Years ago it was a good place to eat NOT anymore. Pizza taste like cardboard and cheese. They used to have good pizza and beer day sales NOT any more. Not the best place for pizza but it'll do temporary for lunch sake.
Order pizza its the main thing made fresh. Me and my family wanted to try a different place for once. We picked the wrong place.. The pizza was good.. However, I ordered the stuffed shell with grilled chicken.. Not only was my food cold and tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. When I asked for it to be remade they took my plate and heated it up in the microwave and brought it back to. The manager could care less and stated he would remove it if I didn't want it and proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for a salad that was apart of my meal as if I had an issue with paying my bill was the issue.. I definitely won't be going back.
A year ago I would have given five stars. I moved from Riverside to Murray Hill and ever since then, the pizzas that Al's has delivered have been sub-par to say the least. I guess they don't like coming to this neighborhood and want to discourage me from ordering delivery anymore? The last three pizzas: I ordered pepperoni and cheese with light sauce. Just got cheese with regular sauce. Next was the same pizza but it still came with heavy sauce. Last pizza was burnt black on the bottom and looked and tasted like one someone didn't pick up and it had sat around. I almost always order the same pizza. I was a loyal customer. I always tip the driver well too. Done now.
Ordered online delivery and waited over an hour because it may be busy. I called and they had missed my order, totally understandable, it gets busy. I was told it would be delivered ASAP. Another hour passes and no food. I call again and am told they got busy again and it was on the way again. Another hour passed and still no food. I had to file for a refund of my money. I was really really looking forward to trying this place out. The only plus was the staff was friendly on the phone.
Disgusting. If you like pizza avoid this place like the plague. Whether it was the institutional cheese sticks or the lukewarm generic pizza… It is a total utter miss, not to mention outrageously priced. After choking down two pieces, because i felt guilty paying $68 for two 14” pizzas and an order of cheese sticks, i gifted it to some homeless around our hotel.
