I had dinner here on a whim to introduce my friend to pho. I had never been here before but based off of the reviews decided to take a chance. I was very impressed with the entire experience. This is a relaxed atmosphere with absolutely delicious food! The restaurant was clean and the gentleman who greeted us/ brought our food was polite, kind, funny, and answered all of our questions. I brought my husband back a whole meal of the beef pho and he enjoyed it as well! Will I be back? YES.

Came here with a friend last week, when I was quite hungover. I'd never had Pho before, but she is obsessed with it. The vegetarian pho was probably the most delicious thing I've had had in my life, and I've just ordered it again. Just incredible, especially with some fresh lime and Thai basil.

Clean restaurant and nice service. The food was fresh, unfortunately the broth was very lacking in flavor. They clearly did not use enough (or possibly any) beef bones in the soup. There also was a lack of any discernable herb and spice to it. There's no way they had any anise nor cinnamon in there. A bit of Saigon needs to add a lot more Saigon.
I grew up eating the best Vietnamese food and this is up there with it! The duck soup is just like my mom would make! It's sooooo good. You have to try it!
Summary: it's good, but nothing to special.First time visiting, I got three beef spare ribs. Seasoning was good. About what you'd expect from a marinade. Cooked over flame. Kinda expensive for the amount. Wife got beef pho. She said it was normal too. As others said before, the guy waiter didn't seem friendly, but it's fine.If there was something here, like , they made their own bone broth in house . It's not advertised anywhere.
I went to the restaurant, yesterday around 4:30PM with my partner. I work in the restaurant industry so Im a hard hitter when it comes to the service of others and truly do appreciate people who make my experience pleasant. The man who worked the register seemed to force his smile and did not come back to check on us after serving our food. There was little interaction and appreciation for our business there. A woman (a regular customer I am guessing with how she talked to him) walked in and he seemed more open with her, almost treating us differently. It was discouraging seeing how friendly he was with her compared to new customers. The pho was good, but service means more to me than good food. We will not be returning because of the mediocre service that was given.
Once my girlfriend and I found this amazing hole in the wall, we reuse to eat pho anywhere else. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. If you're looking to get the best pho in jax, look no further.
