Rude service this evening. They just seemed bothered by everything. Placing an order, reloading our Starbucks card. Our regular drinks tasted different, not as good as they usually are. Not a big deal, we drank them anyways. When it came to my sandwich, it was really cold so I went up to ask for a reheat and had to say “excuse me” since the girl at the register didn’t notice me standing there as she complained about someone else. More attitude ensued. We didn’t even feel comfortable being there anymore and left immediately. Very disappointed in the service at this location tonight.
First time I had a breakfast sandwich. It was good! As was my regular cup of coffee. Not a big Starbucks person...or a coffee person for that matter, but was given a gift card so I tried it out ?. Everything was great. The service too.
shout out to Tae, The manager, she went over and above accommodating me. I’ve been having trouble with the Neptune Beach location. I called the Jax beach location to get assistance and Tae answered the phone and was gracious and willing to fill my order; make my coffee perfectly and, make me happy.I Really appreciate the accommodation of the Jax Beach location pulling the slack for Neptune Beach! Kudos to Tae, and thank you so much for going above and beyond customer service! ☕️?
Went to get my normal order but the inside was closed because of Covid. I was fine I got it the 10 minutes drive through line. When I placed my oder of 20 $5 gift cards I was told it would take too long and that I needed to come inside... I said I’m not doing that because I just waited in line after being denied able to go inside in the first place. They refused to sell me the gift cards and when I got to the window they tried to give me a excuses about how they can't do that through the drive through even tho I've done this exact oder dozens of times before at Starbucks all around the state. Also they wouldn't sell me my drink. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Slow service. Not consistent with hours. Weekday hours open or vlosed based on staffing. People cut in line in the drive thru from parking lot. Never ever quick service. Go to the one on Hodges! Quick fast and kind! Don't waste your time here.
Been here in a rush hour, seemed like they knew how to manage the situation, the service very good and didnt take too long to get a drink.
They were very hospitable. Even though they are short staffed, to the point they have no one to open in the morning, they served my wife very promptly. Manager was friendly. And we got our drinks to our specifications.
Nice smile, nice customer service, but if you don’t get the order right then all that goes down the drain.The whole thing for me is the Asia shot caramel macchiato, breve, upside down, caramel drip about half of a forth at bottom of cup, stirred, whip on top with another drizzle of caramel on top, Venti hot.Never forget the top and you did.
This Starbucks, by far, has the slowest staff, and it’s not even close. I’ve seen Starbucks with 1 barista manage the amount of customers better than this location is with their 5 baristas. Not worth coming to, to wait 30+ minutes for a coffee
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. So SLOW!!! Line out the door and they are literally taking there sweet time zero since of urgency
