Mrs. Elsa was amazing! Of course a drive thru experience isn't a long one but she made mine and my family's a great one. She was so nice. She interacted with our kids. My 2 year old daughter just loved her. A very sweet lady that got our order correct and delivered in a timely manner all while putting a smile on our face and making a memorable moment. Thanks Mrs. ELSA!
We ordered through the app for curbside and instead of coming out when we got there they made us wait 20 minutes before we had to go in and find out the machine was down. When asked why they didn't just come out and let us know they stated we don't have to. Excuse me but, isn't it your job to bring out the order when it is ready and the customer is there? It absolutely is. As well as letting the customer know your out of something. Wouldn't give us the money for the products missing and could care less. Do better McDonald's
Place needs to do better always and I mean ALWAYS something missing. Check your orders before you leave!!!

McDonald's has always been terrible, and a t is only getting worse. The employees hate life, and the corporate policies are garbage.
Horrible service. Brain dead woman who took my order didn’t add extra patty to my Big Mac then argued with me about and tried to charge me $.85 to make it right. My food was already cold
Took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru, and then attitude at the window. Merry Christmas to you too. On the bright side, the breakfast sandwich was luke warm, and the hash browns were cold. Never again.

Very good McDonald's in ponte vedra. I asked for a fresh cooked filet of fish sandwich and by gosh I got one. No complaints just a smile ☺️
A quick stop in where I had to learn how to use their computer ordering screen. Computers are not for everyone.
