Drive through: I ordered Sprite, they gave me Coke. The Coke tasted weird like watered-down or low on syrup or they made it for someone else and the ice had melted. I ordered extra fries, they did not give me extra fries, but they charged me for extra fries. When I returned to correct the error, a fire truck was in the parking lot, blocking anyone from coming or going.
The manager there was extremely rude when we asked about extra sauce.They didn't give us the amount included for our meal and when we asked for extra they said there was a charge. No problem, we pulled out cash but instead the manager came over yelled at us that we were holding up her line and what did we want. We told her we were just wanting some extra sauce and still waiting on our icecream cone. She then rolled her eyes, and huffed off saying fine whatever but next time you will be charged for the extra sauce. We had no problem paying for the extra sauce but instead we didn't get any of the sauce and they just handed us the cone and left.
Update about this mcd, coworker went to get a coffee and me a coke, she paid at the window, proceeded to the second window then was told all their drink machines were down, but they could give us an iced tea. Why are you selling drinks if your drink machine is down.????Was going to buy something but if I can't use the restroom, was in the other day and actually bought something, asked for the key, was rudely blown off.
Ordered a double cheese with no pickle and onion and large fry. Double cheese had onion and pickle. Fries were cold. Asked for ketchup. Was given 19 packs of ketchup and the manager argued that fries were fresh. Lol
The staff here have a great attitude the drive-through is incredibly slow and I realize McDonald’s has gotten rid of anything remotely healthy. The last thing they had was a grilled chicken sandwich, that’s gone and a salad, that’s gone. Looks like this is officially now just the kids restaurant.
A very interesting McDonalds. You have the college beach bums that come in drunk or high at 5 in the afternoon staggering around laughing, yelling, etc while they wait for their order or the homeless that lay down and chill on one of the booths until they're kicked out while Saturday Night by The Bay City Rollers blasts over the speakers. Restrooms are locked i guess because people shoot up in there. However this is one of the few Mcdonalds that actually have "For here" trays. Fast service and never got my order wrong so 3 stars. Cleanness is ok.
The gentleman working the drive thru window was so kind and patient with us. There were 3 of us and struggled with deciding what we wanted. He just waited patiently and was so polite when we got our food.
Worst Place ever!!! They have no respect for people at all. I don't even know why they work there, there's a lot of places hiring so if any of them are not happy with their job, they should find something else. An elderly man with problems in his legs was waiting to use the restroom, that's when a person who was also waiting for her food told him he had to order something, and he said he would order for something but needed to go to the restroom, he walked to talk to the girl who could CLEARLY see him right in front of her, and she ignored him and turned around. I had to ask them and they ignored me until the manager (I think he was the manager) came to pick my order, that's when he asked them to open the restroom for him, and the girl who opened was mad about letting him use the RESTROOM like?????Also the food, so much oil on it. They literally threw my food inside of the bag ?
We are waiting in the row to order a chicken nuggets and the cashier told my wife that her can not use the restrooms because it is locked. That against law. We decide not buy nothing. Poor customer service.
They are not open late at all i don't know if they are short staffed but they have been closed before 12 For at least A month . NOT 24 HOURS I know they are losing business from the Mayo clinic Hospital that relys on them for food thats during their 12 hours shifts. A lot if people not happy with their service. Hope they turn it around. Honestly not been back since they changed their hours.
