Traveled all day and got in town late. Wife found this nice restaurant. Outdoor seating, view of the docks, and live music. Food was fantastic as was the service. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Great space. Not great food. Felt and tasted very cheap for how much we paid. I ordered the STUFFED flounder. It was just 2 pieces of fish with a crab cake in it. And not a very good crab cake either. Frozen broccoli and boxed rice pilaf. Spend almost $100 on this meal and still ended up going to get something else later. When all your staff are standing and chatting in an empty restaurant during what should be a rush. Take a hint, don’t sit down!!

Enjoyed the live band. They were really good. Waiter was friendly. Never got a refill on water, didn't like this as the food was spicy (but good). Shrimp was very good, fries average. First time here, would recommend. Place is inviting and enjoyable.

We stopped here for dinner and sat outside by a live band with a good view of the marina and water. Good location near the water and good live entertainment but super slow service and not very clean. Our server, when she appeared, took our drink and appetizer order but then disappeared. Once the drinks finally came, which was a good 10 minutes, we ordered our dinners, crab cakes and a Greek salad. The food arrived after some time but luckily it was hot and good. Our server was okay when she was around but nonetheless, not good service. We also observed the servers and busboys cleaning the tables and literally dumping food into a trash container and some onto the floor which everyone walked over and did not pick up. So needless to say, food good, service not so good and cleanliness was not there. Just my opinion and observation.

We went on a Monday night the restaurant was empty except for the outside eating area. Service was great all the staff was friendly, beautiful views, lots of boats, nice large outside eating areas. We ate outside. Our food was good our waitress English was broken little hard for her to understand us and us her. For Appetizer we had cheese sticks, calamari, peel & eat shrimp. All appetizers were good. Main meal couple of us ordered the ribeye with mash potatoes and vegetables, we actually received prime rib, we explained to our waitress and she said their the same meat.? ? we tried to explain its not then she said she could get us something else but we declined we didn’t want to wait with everyone else having their food. We really don’t like prime rib so I couldn’t tell you if it was good or not it was kinda tuff. Everyone else’s food was good nothing that we go best we ever had it was a typical good restaurant. Dessert we had.key lime pie, it was average chocolate cake average and carrot cake was very good.

It was a very bad experience, first food was late, appetizers came after our lunch by 15 min, cheese burger had no cheese and wings order was wrong, manager handled the situation poorly we paid and complained after, manager had an attitude, i will not recommend the place at all, it is a shame because the location and the building is beautiful Management is zero

We were a party of eight and various age groups. Everything we ordered was delicious. Even the sides. Conch fritters, stuffed flounder, Cuban sandwich, mussels, chicken fingers, etc. - everything was good. Including the service. Glad we went with family. Went on a Tuesday night and sat outside. Very nice atmosphere.

We wanted to make it easy for the waitress so we put in our appetizers in with our dinner order and she ensured they weren't going to come out at the same time. What do you know, the dinner came first then 10min later the apps came out.The fish and chips were good. The grilled octopus was pretty chewy. The calamari and the dipping sauce was very bland and tasteless. Both apps came out like the pictures show. Luckily it was just for 2 people, but the plates looked pretty scarce.

This is a beautiful waterfront restaurant. I love the atmosphere, the live music, the view. The food is just average, nothing to crave and go back for. Steak was cooked to the ordered temperature; the stuffed fish was ok, the stuffing was a crab cake, not very impressive, but not bad. Calamarie was ok especially because the marinara sauce was bland. Piña colada was not good either. I would go back for the entertainment and to have a nice moment in a beautiful place in front of boats surrounded by nice people. I would recommend Mavi's to improve the quality and dedication put on their food, especially for the prices they charge.

Had a wonderful lunch outside with a marina view. Food was very good and service was adequate, since we were not in a hurry.
