The only reason why I gave this place two stars one the portion size 2 over cooked food I ordered my steak medium rare and got it beyond well done and also the waitress was very slow and they weren’t that busy at the time we were in there first time eating here and probably be the last I’ll I’d rather spend my money at Wassabi’s for the same price in a whole lot better food

It's a great place for a good night out and the price of the food is a good. The cook and waiters are very good.I enjoy watching the food being cooked right in front of you.

Great food and portions. Have been here 3 times. Food is great every time! Took awhile to get a server over after we were seated last time, but overall fun experience. Our chef was great with the kids, very entertaining.

Terrible attitudes. More than obvious they hate their job. Completely empty during peak hours should of been the first clue as to how terrible they would be. The fact that the were eating dominos pizza tells you how great they think the food. Save yourself some money and eat taco bell. They are better

kaiba is a good restaurant with amazing food and considerably decent price (and they got their lunch special stuff, which are so worth it). unfortunately the servers weren’t the best. they didn’t pay attention to us at all, didn’t refill our water, didn’t come check on us or our food, so i was a little disappointed:( but don’t let their service stop you from eating their great food!

Really closer to 3 1/2 stars. This was our first time here. Large sushi menu and the usual hibachi options. Everything was tasty. We came an hour and a half before closing and felt rushed through the entire meal. Service could have been better.

Worst hibachi location i've ever been to - go to one of the many other options in the area. Any of them. The sushi quality is poor, food quality is poor, and the service is even worse.I'm not sure why they even offer the hibachi tables when the cooks don't do any form of show. No volcano, no "egg roll" joke, no smiley face on fire. Just a silent chef except when it was time to put each item after he cooked it on his place. He will stop at each person and continually yell "PLATE" and then agressively yell at you until you set up a perfect path for him to drop off your food.Multiple families at this table...and we all felt the same. LEaving a place unsatisfied, verbally abused and full of anxiety isn't something anyone wants to pay for.For a Hibachi place....this is the only time i've ever seen one thats completely empty. That should have been a red flag.

This place was a great place to go with family and friends before but we will not be returning. Not sure what is going on but had unfriendlyChefs the last 2 times. The last time we went they did not give us vegetables for one meal even. We asked for some and still did not receive them.Very very disappointing.

Super casual and fun! Kids love it and the staff is so kid friendly. Our chef had them laughing many times and we weren’t rushed like at some other hibachi grills.

Went in for dinner tonight with six other family members and the service dog I’m training for K9s for Warriors and they wouldn’t let us in because of the dog. At first they asked for a certificate, I tried to educate them on the law and they were not interested, demanding a certificate. I showed them the ID card K9s provides us with, even pointing out the ADA details on the back stating they can’t demand a certificate, they can only ask two specific questions and they still refused to let us in. I’ve trained service dogs for K9s for Warriors for over five years, this is the very first time I’ve been denied service.
