This location is terrible. They made my sandwich incorrectly, so I drove up there to get a replacement and then they gave me someone else's order! I called back and someone offered to void my order. Two wasted trips in gas and no lunch. Great experience.
Picture is worth a thousand words. 10 bucks for lettuce. What a racket… asked for loaded. Waited 20min. Messed my order and threw me that Do better.
I am very disappointed with the quality of service at the Jacksonville Beach Jimmy John’s. Multiple times, I have had to wait more than fifteen minutes for their bread to cool down before they could start making my sandwich. In addition, items have been left out when I have gone through the drive-thru.
The reason I am rating so low is because they charge $1.69 for a cup of water. I was told it would cost the same as a regular drink. This is completely unnecessary considering I was already purchasing a $7 wrap. The wrap itself was okay, but a bit salty.
I got my food fast which is nice but not how I ordered it. It wasn't toasted and had everything that I specifically asked NOT to be on it, all over it.
