This was my second experience here. Not so great. I brought my son and myself here for a nice ice cream. It was my sons first time and he got the blueberry and custard ( as shown in the photo below ) he took one bite and wasn’t a fan so i asked the girl in the front if they could replace it since he only took one bite. She proceeded to try and charge me for an additional one then caught an attitude when i said that wasn’t right. She then walked into the back where clearly through the window it was seen her and the MG trash talked at the inconvenience. This was all 20 mins after they opened. . . Great start huh? After asking the manager myself they finally replaced it. Not to mention it was clear the opening protocols weren’t followed even though a manager was present. No music on, no paper towels or soap available at station and definitely no welcoming service… nothing. I’ll stick to the original Rita’s from here on it where they are welcoming and offer customer service that’s kind and considerate. Not worth it here
I’ve been enjoying Jeremiah’s since 2010 or so, and I’ve loved every cup as much as the last. Before there franchise program existed, I even reached out as a kid to open one up locally.When they came to Jacksonville I have to admit I was wondering why they chose orange park as their first location in JAX. I’m happy to see them on this side of tone, and I try not to visit frequently. I would come everyday if I could. The product is the same at every location, so you don’t have to worry about variations in taste.Mango Gelato is a way of life at this point.
I love this place! I have 3 go-to gelati combinations: Chocolate covered strawberry (chocolate ice, strawberry ice, and chocolate ice cream), Oreo (cake batter ice, chocolate ice, and vanilla ice cream), and apple pie (sour green apple ice, optional sea salted caramel ice, vanilla ice cream, and cookie butter crumbles). You can pretty much make a pie flavor out of any flavor ice by changing the sour green apple and caramel for anything. Making coconut cream pie is good too by using coconut. Their pina colada ice pairs well with rum once you get home, don't drink and drive.
We love their ices and gelatis! The staff is always friendly too!
Went through the drive thru, which was awesome to discover they had, the guy working the drive thru was very nice and when he found out it was our first time coming he was super helpful and offered for us to try any samples we wanted, we tried the lemon basil and it was really refreshing but ended up settling on the mint chocolate chip ice and the watermelon and sour green apple vanilla soft serve gelati. They were absolutely the best flavored ice and soft serve ice cream that I've had before! Great prices and great refreshing sweet treats, if you like those two things you need to come here and try them out!
It's COLD outside and yet we are here, waiting in line for our treats, because it's always the perfect weather for a Jeremiah's Gelati!My favorite is the Scoop-Froggy-Frog and anything really swirled with chocolate and chocolate chips.The sizes are generous. A small goes a long way.
This has become a must stop place for us after a day at the beach! They have something for everyone and will customize any way you want it. The Gelati layers are the way to go. They always take their time no matter how long the line to make sure the layers are perfect all the way to the bottom!
While on a trip to visit friends we came in to get the kids a treat. We had the most incredible experience ? first off the staff was amazing. With 4 kids talking a mile a minute they were patient with them and got them a sample of ever flavor they wanted to try, they even joined in on a little dance off. The gelati were delicious, especially the strawberry lemon flavor. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend visiting this location ????
Fast service and a friendly place to sit. The parking lot is well lit and this location always seems to be busy and active when we come. Great soft serve.
I got the cotton candy Italian ice and it tasted just like cotton candy!We sampled the pina colada & strawberry flavors and they were both delicious too!This place is so good and the girl who waited on me tonight was really helpful and sweet!My daughter and I will definitely be back there to visit many more times during this mini vacation we're currently on in Jacksonville.
