Long wait but totally worth it. We sat at the bar...service was friendly, fast, and included appropriate Sunday morning banter. Even the other guests were easy going and we had conversation with everyone around us. Food was made with love and it shows. If ever in the area again, I'd definitely be back!
The seating process was seamless. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Bennie of the day with burnt ends was beyond delicious. Tried the light and fluffy crepes as well. The berry compote was a great topping. First time and I will be back!
First restaurant we went to upon arrival. The breakfast was basic . Bacon over cooked. Pancake dry. Nothing special. Better restaurants in area
Food and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend the breakfast tacos. Stay away from the pancakes they were just ok, even though they look appealing not that tasty. It was strange at the end when they told us the total for the bill and just stood there waiting for payment. It would have been nice to see the bill… even if you are saving paper many places let you at least see the tablet and an option to email or text a receipt.
Great food, great service, great people! We had all our luggage and they let sit it at a safe place. They were quick and efficient and super hospitable! Definitely would go back!!
i went here with some friends for brunch. there was a long wait (about 45m) but it went by quickly because we could order drinks while we waited. they had some kind of banana rum cocktail that was dangerously delicious. all the staff members were super friendly and the food was well worth the wait. i would definitely do brunch here again even if i have to wait a while to be seated.
My first time, definitely will be back The staff was very friendly. The manager/owner came over to ask how was everything. The bartender rocks.
Alright, I've been trying to eat here for brunch for probably 5 years and the wait is always crazy long. Today (Sunday) it was 45 minutes and since we were able to order from the bar and take drinks back to the car to wait we decided to finally buck up and do it. The wait is so long because its very small. Very small and packed comes with a very loud dining experience, not recommended if you're looking for a hangover brunch. The service was just okay, I had barely set my fork down and they were asking to cash us out and get us out of there. All of that being said, it's long waits and crowded and loud because the food is fantastic, and it came quickly after ordering. Do order a side or two because the entrees won't come with them. If you're a Jax local you definitely need to check it out atleast once.
Went on a Friday in Jan; not crowded, cold weather. Server explained everything; Loved the French toast, my friend had the crepe (those were the sides) the eggs, great; was difficult choosing what we wanted inside. Had the root casserole side_ WOW- SO YUMMIE. Will DEFINITELY be back on our next visit to Jax Beach.
A true locals spot. Great service. Very cute. Full bar. The food was very tasty and largely portioned.
