The last two times I have gone in and ordered a salad I literally watched 5 different people come in and order subs and got them, some even ate and left and they hadn’t started making my salads until I asked WTH. This place is run outa a shoe box and has the worst management and inept help. That’s two different managers both times. I would highly recommend that you try a different store.
Slow as Christmas horrible place
Subs are always good but this location is always extremely slow. I always see much more staff at other locations around town but this one is always short staffed and slow. For whatever reason they are just slow.

Always enjoying going to Firehouse Subs
Well, folks. First, the good news: the staff was courteous, the food was great. Now, the bad news: the tables were FILTHY. Period. I finally found perhaps the only clean table in the establishment and did enjoy my meal. After I finished my meal. I visited the men's room. There was no cover on the toilet paper rolls -- someone, apparently, had ripped it off. Sitting on the toilet seat, the toilet wobbled side to side. It definitely needs some work. That's why I'm giving it only three stars. With a little Improvement in cleanliness and some maintenance in the men's restroom I would gladly give it five stars which I know they are capable of earnin, as I eaten at other Firehouse Subs and have been very pleased.

I have been here many many times and every single time I receive my order incorrectly. The people here are very nice but I do not think they listen to orders. I’ve never gotten my order right.
